Second time I have used the parking. I have paid online before and this is the second time I have been unable to exit from the gate.

Too far away from the terminal and too exposed to the elements.

My flight was delayed by 4 hours and I was therefore charged a further £16.00 for parking because of this. Please can you advise on how I can claim this extra charge back?

The Car Park is a shambles the ground is all broken up and difficult to walk with a suitcase on wheels across. The signage is non existent. When I departed the barrier wanted a fee but I prebooked so that system clearly doesn't work. It was not a good experience and my choice of airport to fly from will not be Luton again

Worst possible service. 25 main wait in 0 degree temp for mid term car park which is 50 second drive away. Machine doesn't recognise pre bookings.

Arriving early in the morning in the dark at 4am and trying to follow the Pink signs, most of which were faded to white, was far from easy. The entrance to the car park itself is not obvious at all, not helped by a no entry sign on the left hand side of the entrance. I ended up driving down the perimeter emergency access road, and judging by the number of tyre tracks in the mud at the end to turn round, I wasn't the first to do this. Having drove back to follow the signs again I drove in the exit before finally finding the entrance barriers. Another couple were driving round looking for the entrance too so it wasn't just me! After coming back from holiday to find my vehicle had been damaged by another car, the final insult was driving to the exit, inserting my ticket and being told I had another £128 to pay despite pre-booking the stay. This was waived after complaining to the helpline. A thoroughly miserable experience and by far the worst of any airport car park I have ever been in.

Having paid £79 to park in long term returning on 13th January, I did not expect to be faced with a bill of £144 when presenting my ticket. My number plate is really easy to read, this just should not be something I have to deal with at the end of a flight. It was resolved by pressing the help button and referring to my reference number once I had found the print out, but charging people twice the amount, having already paid the fee, earns you a "Very Poor" rating

Long queues waiting to get on transfer buses: the first bus to come along was full. Finding a parking space was difficult with no effective signing towards spaces. If you book the Longstay car park make sure you allow plenty of time for your plane to be late to avoid extra car park charges. This was the worst car parkingI have found (compared to Birmingham, Heathrow, East Midlands, Liverpool, Bristol and Manchester)

The recognition system for car registrations was not working, meaning I had to use the help button when entering and leaving the car park. On both occasions I had to wait a few minutes for an answer. I then had to provide my reference details for my prepaid booking. This is time consuming and not expected, adding annoyance to the process. Car park is in a very bad state, more like parking on a post demolition site than a car park.

Very difficult to give a review as I have not traveled and used car park yet so you request is pointless.

Once again (I will NEVER use your service again as i thought before it was a one off), we could not get out at the barrier and were ordered to pay £160 to leave, having pre-paid. Fine, i pressed the button and explained to a surly and absolutely unhelpful woman the problem and she insisted that without the booking reference (which was in the bottom of my suitcase) we would have to pay. Last time (and as i say i thought it was a one off) we simply gave our vehicle registration number. She refused to accept it. I refused to empty my suitcase. In the end she did accept it (and it took about 5 seconds for her to find the booking so she was clearly not telling the truth when she said it would be impossible), and let us out. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, but the stress when we had to argue out way out of the car park was unbelievable. No-one should have to be put in such a position. in fact looking at other reviews I note that people have unfortunately paid the money demanded at the barrier. I would suggest this is unlawful. Most of them appear to have to wait for a few weeks to get a refund. I think this is a scam frankly. some people may not reclaim the money. It is now over two weeks since this happened and I am still angry about it. Anna Bailey.

Extreamlly expensive mid term car park 1h15min £20. But first 30min free, this is what You have on road signs, and nothing more about £20 after 1 hr. I know that is my fault i didnt read t&c. And your prices are changing more often then wheather in uk.

When I arrived at the airport the automatic recognition of my car reg did not work, so waited 5 mins for the man to return to the office to let me in. When flying back i found my car had a flat battery, so had to call out the AA to jump start the car. They tried to deny it was their fault and said it was a faulty car battery, but the car had only just had a service (in the last 3 weeks), and when I recharged the battery by driving home the charge held, thus the fault was not with the battery. I have not received any apology to date and will be making a claim based on the above. Would I use NOT the service again. Very expensive for what I received.
