Mobile website didn't summarise my viewing which resulted in me booking too long a stay. Called customer services and they wouldn't change it. Got to the barrier with my ticket and it hadn't found the reference. Absolute joke. Get someone to drop and pick you up. It's sooooo much easier!!!

I will never use it again. Like most other pre bookers the exit did not accept the card we were issued with on arrival. A very stroppy female assistant informed us that she had to have the booking ref or we had to pay £140 to exit. This is the second time this has happened so it is obvious to me that the ticket never recognises the ticket. I gave her the reg as I did last time and she refused to take it. I said I was not going to empty my suitcase. She then found it almost instantly she was clearly not telling the truth. Absolutely awful customer service. After a relaxing holiday we had to argue to get out when we had pre paid. I doubt anyone gets out without being asked to pay. Fine but don't argue with the cuz stoner when they explain.

worst and most expensive compared to any of the other London airports ... I used Mid Term car park and I was surprised to see: bad surface, parked on a gravelled area (as soon as you enter the car park on the left hand side) I used extensively Gatwick and Stansted car Parks and they are far better and definitely cheaper... I won't even say that PickUp and DropOff are a rip off, even Heathrow has free drop off and Luton as an airport that is very poorly connected with trains and other transport means (excluding road), which makes it very likely for someone to go there by car or private hire, has a price of 2 pounds... That is legalised stealing! I always avoid flying from Luton if possible because of the way things are organised to make people put their hands deep in the pockets for any service related to it ... and the service unfortunately is worst than all other London airports! Shame

Thank you for sending this information can I just ask please, when I put my ticket in the machine, it requested £148.00 first of all I need to know how this happened,it was luck that we had the paper work in the car FPV37 Number, in fact I was having to argue in to this machine before they let me go from the Disabled Bays at Luton. As lady could not find the reference number. My Wife and I followed these instructions by getting a ticket in the correct car park, I need to know why the machine asked for £148.00. Why did this happen, more vulnerable people might have to had to pay it. I would like an explanation as to why I nearly had to pay that money, I also would like a copy of your report please. I would say a reasonable time of 7 days would be order. I think in America you would fleeced for such an error. Thank You Mr Gareth Thomas

parking site is in a terrible state; had to change date of entry (arrive a day early) but it wasn't possible to add on a day!

Disabled parking is very poor. Badly signed, A long walk from terminal. Lots of rough, uneven surfaces and curbs etc. Poorly signed. Gradients which are not planned. No support. No one answers the airport phones when I pressed the 0 for urgent disabled assistance on the IVR. Overall I found Luton parking very poor for disabled people

Terrible road surface conditions. No shelter from rain or snow. No proper walkway for pedestrians from their parking space to the airport, we have to fight our way through between cars parked. At this airport, unless you are disabled or are dropping/picking passengers you get nothing but a big bill. Appalling.

FIRSTLY; TEH CAR PARK IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. I FEEL UNREASONABLY EXPLOITED BYTHE AIRPORT USING ITS MONOPOLY POSITION TO DEMAND ENORMOUS FEES FOR WHAT MUST COST LESS THAN A TENTH OF THE FEE CHARGED. YOU MAY REWARD YOUR GRREDY INVESTORS NOW, BUT BE ASSURED THAT WE WILL FIND A WAY TO PUNISH YOU IN FUTURE FOR YOUR UNBRIDLED EXPLOITATION. LOGISTICALLY I WOULD PREFER TO WALK FROM THE TERMINA LTO THE SO-CALLED MID STAY CAR PARK. IT IS NOT FAR AND AVOID HAVIGH EAIT FOR A BUS, WHICH SEEM TO COME AT IRRELGUALR INTERVALS. I AM SURE OTHERS MIGHT PREFER A BUS BUT I WOULD PREFERTO WALK . WHY IS THIS PREVENTED ? WHY ARE SOME PARTS TARMACADAMMED AND OTHERS NOT? . WHY PAY HIGH PRICES FOR PARKNG ON GRAVEL? YOU CONTINUE TO DISAPPOINT. I USE YOU BECAUSE I WANT A FLIGHT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OF USING THE AIRPORT IS LIKE A BAD TRIP TO A LOW QUALITY AMERICAN MALL. IT IS BEYOND UNPLEASANT- IT IS DEGRADING. IT MAKES THIR WORLD AIRPORTS IN AFRICAN EASTERN EUROPE LOOK GOOD. THE SECURITY IS INEFFICIENT, SLOW , LABORIOUS AND INSULTING. TEH SHOPS ARE MINIMALIST AND EXPENSIVE. THIS AIRPORT PLUMBS NEW DEPTHS AND THE CAR PARKNG IS SYMPTOMATIC OF AN ASSET BEING STRIPPED. THE MANAGERS NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE AND LEARN THAT BEING LOW COST DOES NOT HAVE TO MEAN LOW QUALITY OR DEGRADING. THEY SHOULD ALL BE SACKED AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCE AND PLAN IGNORANT. THE DIRECTORS ARE NOT FIT TO CALL THEMSELVES THAT.

The £2 charge for passenger drop off is extortionate.

My experience at the car park was terrible. Entering was no problem, but the exit system is ridiculous and needs to be redesigned. I had paid for 'pre-booked' parking, as had my father who was in a separate vehicle. We both encountered the same confusing system upon attempting to exit. He, unfortunately, was charged an additional 108 pounds which he now has to go through the hassle of reclaiming. I, after much confusion, was eventually able to leave without an extra charge. My problem is with the appearance and instructions on the ticket machine. Although I see that there are instructions written on the machine for those who have pre-paid and those who have not, it is NOT at all clear that you are supposed to sit and wait for someone to answer the call when you press the button. Instead, there is a loud and repeated beeping sound accompanied by a flashing button telling you to press STOP. There needs to be a clearer indication that you are supposed to WAIT, and then give your CODE. When I finally DID get someone on the other end, she was grumpy and unfriendly and there was no apology for the delay. It took ages to get an answer and there was only one other car there. I will probably avoid Luton airport in the future as a result of this. Stanstead has a better parking system.

I've been parking at Luton almost every week all week since February as I am travelling to Inverness and will do through to 19/12/14 and may be early next yerar as well. There is no alternative to Apcoa on airport parking as even their partners are bound by their rules. I am still very annoyed that they would not allow me to modify my parking (book for the remaining days ,I would have ccept ed having to pay a full day rate for the first day) when I missed booking last week, i.e. I entered the car park and not for the first time I had to take a ticket, but realised on checking that I hadn't pre-booked. The upshot would have been a bill for £180 had I not managed to get my wife to retrieve the car on the same day as I parked it, still incurring a £36 charge. This lack of flexibility is in my view, on Apcoa's part, unacceptable behaviour and I feel like I would have been robbed had I had to pay the full amount! I have also learnt to pre-book to midnight on the day of leaving (no additional fee) instead of 2 hours after landing as once I had to pay an additonal £36 full day rate for being 30 minutes over the one hour "grace" period. my car parking booking commences on 27th November yet I have just received an email entitled 'Welcome Home' and invited to review my stay (24/11). This is either quite mad or worrying

You have asked for a review when I'm not due to park until Sunday 30th November. Maybe a review of "Reviews.co.uk" is more relevant.

A majority of the occasions that I use the car park the plate recognition fails and then you wait for someone to answer the button and then go through the "what's your reference number". All this normally when it's dark and you're left stranded looking for a number. I have a new car with standard plates that are clean. Why have NPR if it doesn't work?

Pick up and drop off charges are a rip off. They doubled from £1 to £2 whereas even Heathrow offers free pick up and drop off even in their newest terminals. Shame those people who left their comments don't seem to be aware of this service's history.
