“Amazing morning today at Luton Airport Drop Off. Parked for less than 10 minutes with my 8 months pregnant wife to drop off a friend. When I came back the car was being towed away ... with the hand break on ... car alarm went on ... £180 fine because I left my car unattended. YOUR SIGNS DO NOT SAY I HAVE TO ATTEND MY CAR FOR THE 15 MINUTES I'M PAYING FOR! Any Parking I've seen applies fines after the paid/allowed parking time. I'll let you know the answer to my complain. Ridiculous!”

“although we pre-book and pre-pay every time we book, we can never get out of the car park once we have returned to our car. Put the ticket in and it says you owe money (This time £144!!!) it was 1.45 in the morning it was cold and we were tired, along with many others who had the same problem. This has happened to us about 99% of the time when booking. There is something very wrong with your system if it keeps happening.”

“the barrier system works well with pre-paid booking etc so no issues there but an overall very poor rating is given due to the terrible condition of the tarmac at luton short stay. It is pot holed, loose tarmac, uneven surface, puddles, the surface is so far detrioriated you cannot wheel a suitcase across it and instead have to carry your luggage.”
