“The number plate recognition cameras NEVER read my number plate correctly if at all. Not a problem arriving but does delay my departure slightly as I have to call for support to get back out when I have prepaid for my parking. Otherwise, Luton Short Stay parking is great. Just a few minutes walk to the terminal building.”

“Had pre-booked and paid for parking, but still needed to request assistance when leaving as the ticket was not excepted. Calling for assistance is not nice, as it took some time, they were very difficult to understand, and in the mean time an exit gate is blocked. Not my best experiance.”

“Easy to book, Clearly signposted on arrival, Reliable shuttle bus service, No issues on departure - the ticket worked as it is supposed to. Highly recommended.”

“on return the machine tried to charge me over 100 pounds ,, i had pre paid , this has happened 4 times now it is a joke”

“It was difficult to find parking slot, it looked to me overloaded. When I was leaving I was stopped at the barrier, inserted a ticked and the machine asked me for a hilarious price to pay even I had it pre- booked. When pressed button to get help to speak to someone, it took approx. 20 minutes while someone answered it, completely out of order, extremely disappointed.”

“Close to terminal. Approx 400m walk. Area where cars are left is mainly gravel and is a little worse for wear in places, but as you're only parking there, it doesn't really matter.”

“System worked well for long stay parking until exit. Ticket entered and came up with £64 overcharge. Having read earlier reviews before I booked went with the push help button and quote booking reference. Problem resolved with no charge. Possibly about time Luton car parks sorted out the link to prepaid parking fees and number plate recognition to avoid the 'heart stopping' moment.”

“I pre-booked at the mid-term car park. Easy to find the car park, straightforward to find a space, and the bus transfer only took a couple of minutes to the terminal. Overall it did the job.”
