“Very impressed with their response to my car battery being flat when I returned at 11pm (owing to leaving interior light on). Went to the car park office to report it and they said to return to my car and await a van, which arrived within 10 minutes. The driver jump-started the car, checked I was happy, and was off. No complaints or fees or long waits--excellent.”

“This is the second time that I have parked at Luton Airport. Each time I have returned to find my car has been damaged. DO NOT PARK HERE. It's cheaper to get a taxi to and from the airport rather than pay the hundreds of pounds it costs to get your car repaired. I had to give it 1 star as there is no option to give zero. I repeat, DO NOT PARK HERE!!!”

“All good apart from both times I have parked there my booking reference hasn't been on my ticket. Therefore every time I go to leave it tells me I need to pay, and so I had to call the operator to let me out.”

“This is the second time I have used Luton airport parking and was very impressed by the ease of which is to book online and the location of the car park could not be better. Most of all the fantastic price i paid for 2 weeks, has not increased in the last 3 years. I would not hesitate in recommending your service in the future.”

“The long term car park was clearly signposted and easily accessed. The bus service was efficient and the bus drivers were very helpful”

“I was satisfied, I've left my car there for 3 and a half weeks with no problems, was good to have bus straight after I've arrived (2AM!). Will recommend. Thank you”

“Very useful car park, with transfers which take couple minutes bto get to the airport, and staff very comprehensive when it comes to your timings...will repeat again whenever I'll need to go abroad.”

“The instructions on how to find the parking mention pink signs. They could do with a bit of a repaint as they weren't that bright or obvious”

“Easy to do on computer, The car park recognised the car. Easy parking and quick free bus to airport. 2 months later retuned to car, placed ticket in machine and drove off. The car was how we left it. Overall very happy , will be using again and highly recommend.”

“Always good value, have used many many times. The only problem I can find is The ANPR Camera it never reads my number plate right, so every time I exit I have to go through the checks , its becoming a bore.”

“Had to call attendant to get out. Easy enough once given reference. Time and frequency of buses was a lie. Procedure not explained well enough before arrival. Didn't know whether to go through the barrier and get a ticket or not.”

“Very easy until we got to the exit gate and it asked us to pay £144. We spoke to security and with the reference number we were allowed to exit.”

“Having complied with the instructions upon leaving my car, when I returned to my car at the end of my trip, I was astounded that having read that I should present my car park ticket to the machine and that my number plate would be read to confirm who I was, I discovered that the system wish to charge me approx £100 in addition to that which I had already paid. This was despite the fact that I was 30 minutes early for my book-out time. I noticed that other people leaving the car park were having the same experience despite the fact it was 9.30 in the evening and freezing cold. Now it strikes me, that if you are going to use modern technology to run a system instead of people, you should make sure it bloody well works! The person who dealt with me was very courteous and quick to help sort out the problem with your inadequate system!”
