“Travelled in from overseas, I spoke the guy’s down at Lux Bmx explained the situation and they did a fantastic job getting my bike sorted so that I could get back riding straight away after travelling from the UK 🇬🇧 I handed over the bike travel bag. They built it up from absolute scratch and even managed to provide me with spokes which they ‘cut to size’ to complete my custom wheel build! Safe to say the bike feels so dialled and the team smashed it! Great customer service at the shop counter & even spoke to Dale the mechanic that built the bike who was extremely helpful. Couldn’t be any happier 👍🏼 Overall would highly recommend!”

“Been getting BMX parts and accessories from LUX for years. They have consistently been the absolute best online store experience bar none. From what they keep in stock, to the price, to the super-fast packing and shipping, no other store let alone another bike shop compares with them. Any time I have ever had to reach out and ask a question, LUX has been super friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to get things sorted for me. I totally appreciate their service and would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody!!!”
