“Good service but one of the front wheel bolts was loose in the box and a washer was missing, more then likely slipped out of the gaps in the box.”

Hi Jordan, That's a massive bummer. We have sent the correct shirt express post to you so you should see it within 1 business day. No need to send the XL back, hang onto it in case you're feeling a little swaggy. If you ever have an issue, it's easiest to contact us immediately so we can sort it out. It certainly wasn't our intention to send out the wrong shirt.

“Bought new cranks, headset, seat, grips, gyro, brakes, etc. And all the prices were fantastic and competitive to the point of better than anywhere else locally (including eBay sellers). Realised I'd ordered the wrong BB set and Dillsy quickly ascertainee what I needed and changed my order pronto. All arrived very quickly and safely. One of my best online shopping experiences ever.
