“Excellent customer service. I'm an online shopper and had some questions about a product so I emailed and got a reply within 30mins. Fair prices and quality products. Very fast dispatch and delivery, and products are always well packaged to avoid any damage while in transit. I have bought from LUX BMX a number of times now and won't shop anywhere else. “Good product selection, good website and Afterpay makes it really easy. Only things I could think to improve would be to try to get images of all actual colours of products like pedals & grips as I was referring to google images a lot. Also maybe a drop down or preview of the sizes/colours in stock at the list view so you don't have to click into every item to check if the one you want is in stock. The above was all on mobile”
