“I am so impressed with LUXBMX?s approach to doing business! I ordered a bike for my son way too late to make delivery before Xmas, which was my fault. Despite that, they called me and looked at every possible option to get it to me before the big day. In the end it wasn?t possible, I massively appreciate them trying. The bike arrived in excellent condition and only a couple of days after Xmas - just as they had promised. Overall, I highly recommend LUXBMX for all things BMX!”

“The wheel is great I?ve had another order since then and it was brown fly Ruben pedals and I got sent white. That?s not even close almost complete opposite so that pissed me off so I will be using other places for my future orders if they can?t get that right”

Hey James, That's no good to hear you didn't receive the correct items. If you ever have any issues like that, hit us up immediately via email or phone and we can sort it out for you right away. You should have received a replacement set of pedals and a DVD by now.
