“My order came from Lexx and the elbow pads way too big so I sent them back and I got some new ones it was very easily dealt with and for that I’m happy cheers guys”

“I recently done an order of a few small parts to tidy up the bmx as I haven't thrown a leg over it in 2 years or so I bought the fit faf 20x 2.25 tyre for the front whitch I had religiously ridden for the past 8-10 years when I was riding oftern It was advertised as 'kevlar' but appon arrival it turned out to be a steel bead tyre I was mildly bummed about it as I use to pay the same price for a foldable kevlar tyre back in the hey day although I wasn't too concerned. Appart from that ,I've only got good things to say”

We're pumped to hear you are back on your steed. We sincerely do appreciate your feedback and will endeavour to do our best to keep you stoked on BMX. While the Fit FAF tyres do still have Kevlar puncture-resistant construction, increasing costs in materials and production have meant that like many other tyre companies, they no longer have a folding option of the tyre and only offer a steel bead version. “Normally I receive great service from lux, on this order however I’d asked for some spokes to be cut to a specific size, but when the order arrived the spokes were 1mm longer, the did work but not ideal.”

Paul, Again we are sincerely sorry for the mistake with your spoke lengths. There was an internal error that resulted in you receiving the wrong length spokes. As we mentioned in our correspondence we would be more than happy to get the spokes swapped out for the correct length. However, +-1mm is well within the acceptable limits for spoke length when building wheels. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and thank you for continuing to support us here at LUXBMX.

“My bike arrived in Perth with 5 working days, however LUX sent the wrong size. Little bit disappointed given the excitement buildup, they got back to me very early the next day, courier picked up the bike within hours and had the correct bike 5 working days later. VERY WELL DONE LUX bike is mint !! Cheers”
