“The product and range were great. The delivery company took a long time to deliver our product. It was collected from LUX within 24 hours of order but took an additional 19 days to get from Brisbane to Sydney. We ordered on 6th December, hoping to have the product for Christmas and it arrived on 27th December which was quite disappointing for our son.”

Hey Donna, Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review, we appreciate the feedback. We are extremely sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive before Christmas. Our couriers do experience high volumes during this period which unfortunately does result in some lost and delayed items. We have taken all our customers feedback on bored and for the next peak time periods, we will look closely at only using certain couriers. We once again appreciate the feedback and hope this didn't alter future transactions.

“Brought a few things from you guys now,had a faulty tyre which did take a while to be sorted but once the manufacturer had decided it wasn't right you guys express posted it out and I had it the next day👍”

“Solved my conversion issue converting and old race bike with 1 piece crankset to a 3 piece, but needed to order in my desired front ring. I came back a week later, hadn't heard form them, and found out the order had not been processed. Instead leaving me hanging they solved the problem on the spot and produced a comparable solution which cost more but they absorbed the cost and apologised for the stuff up. Top shelf boys!”

“"Good" & not "Excellent" only because as a customer I like to see and touch the product in the flesh before buying! This time round I only bought tyres because I needed to be sure I could get a bike for my son before Christmas & the one we wanted couldn't be guaranteed to arrive by then, but my point is that I really liked to see your bikes in the showroom, that was the beauty of your old shop, being able to walk around, see and touch the bikes, hopefully you can build more bikes and display them in the public area of your new shop or at least have a 'demo' model that could be wheeled out to show older people like me who want to actually see the colour and whatnot in normal light and not just on the internet, but from the sounds of it you're business model is working really well for you so well done, thanks for the great service and professional manner in which you deal with customers!”

“You guys have the best products in Brisbane for sure , however it was a little bit disappointing to come to your new shop , I loved the old shop where it was a real shop , the new one feels more like a store front and you are really moving to an online business now . I get it , that may be the future for LUX BMX , I just thought I should say what I thought . The service is always great , just disappointed with the new shop .”

“Sorry about the late review I’ve been busy but I love them feel so good and fast delivery just not really fussed on Australia post as they didn’t even knock on my door the driver pulled in my drive way and put a card in my mailbox and left”
