“The ease of ordering was great. The range was great. The tracking of the item was great. Opening the package when it arrived and finding the wrong item had been sent was not good. The service to rectify the problem was great.”

“Was extremely fast processing from order being made to shipment and arrival of the goods. Handy payment options. Great quality. I think the couriers had thrown the bike around a bit because there were a few scratch marks on the frame beneath the wrapping. I'd say u need to ensure your couriers understand them at they cannt throw them around. But over all great experience.”

“Service was great! I did get sent the wrong bars at first, but they did come the next day after ordering. After a quick call, I packed up the wrong bars and the new ones arrived the next day again!! Next day delivery is hard to beat, especially when I didn't even request it. Thanks guys”
