“Sorry guys but this was not the best experience The product is fine But I paid $21 for express delivery But it took 14 days I ordered it with 7 days before Xmas So it should have had plenty of time Completely missed Xmas This was a major present for my 8yr old son All he does is ride his bike And just wanted it to cool and upgrade the parts Not sure I?ll shop with you guys again Grant Arkins”

Hey Grant, Our sincerest apologies once again for the delivery delay with your order. As stated in our email, Australia Post was experiencing major delays due to the fires in NSW and this affected a lot of deliveries. We dispatched your order the day it was made in our best efforts to make sure it was there for Christmas. We put our trust in Australia Post and due to the circumstances, they have let us down here.
