“Lux I very good when it comes to price matching. I had intended on buying some parts from a bike shop in the USA. They were good enough to give me virtually the same price as without the waiting period. Recently I've got a fair few things off them does pay to shop at home. The only minus was one of the items I bought. You really do get what you pay for I bought an Academy sprocket the finish this terrible but I have buffed it to something decent”

“Ordered on 10/11/17 and received on 10/31/17, after customs issues. The worst thing of all is that when the delivery driver came, i gotta pay ?33 to the delivery service "Chronopost" for customs clearance. So i paid ?60 + 33= ?93 in total for a ?45 piece !”

As customs charges vary widely from country to country it is the sole responsibility of the buyer/importer to pay any import duties, customs or taxes that the item my incur. This is clearly outlined on the product listing on the item you purchased as well as in our shipping policy. https://www.luxbmx.com/shipping-policy/ In your case it looks like the order took 4 business to arrive in Paris but then customs held it for duty charges until the 30th.

“I have never used live chat before, so I was a bit apprehensive, however the guy I spoke with was extremely helpful, the bike that I was after, was showing out of stock, but the guy found one for me & uploaded it to the site & I was able to purchase straight away, communication regarding delivery was excellent & even the delivery guy went above & beyond, ensuring the bike was delivered. Extremely happy with the whole experience”
