“Just letting you guys know I?m stoked with your service. Found your store not long ago and have placed 2 orders in last month or so. Both orders have arrived super quick (even quicker than orders I?ve placed in the past from shops within driving distance from me (Sydney), yet you guys get orders to me even quicker despite originating from Brisbane). I haven?t had a single issue with either order, everything has arrived as ordered and described online, well packaged, nothing missing or incorrect, just perfect! You are now the first place I go to when considering new purchases and I?m sure I will continue to place many more orders with you in the future given your amazing service so far. I have also recommended you to friends and suggested they try you guys out, especially when so many other places are so slack when it comes to online service and delivery, you guys are setting a new benchmark!”

“Unfortunately one of the products I ordered had been packaged (from manufacturer) with some missing parts. I alerted Lux, they called back really quick, grabbed the missing bits from another packet and expressed posted at their expense.”
