“Unfortunately I purchased a gift voucher for someone who is unable to use it! As soon as I was made aware of this, two days after purchase, I emailed the store to find out about a possible refund. No-one replied. I followed up again and still had no reply. I realise the purchase is ultimately my problem, but shame about the lack of response! I would also suggest making your gift vouchers a bit more interesting - perhaps an image or some colour - as it's not too exciting to get a birthday gift voucher that is just text in an email. UPDATE: I've just received a call from the store. As soon as they saw my review they reached out to apologise for missing it and offer a refund. Thank you for the fast reply!”

“Great service, happily answered all my questions over the phone, fast and free delivery to WA. Afterpay saved me having to pay a huge amount up front and my son was the happiest 11 year old ever when his Sunday BMX was given to him on his birthday!! Only thing to keep in mind when ordering from another state is that u will still have to have it built upon arrival by a licensed dealer or u will void warranty... something I did not realise so allow for the cost of that too. Locally I was quoted between $60-$80. Overall very happy with the service and bike ??”

“Really fast delivery for the bike I ordered! Came all nicely packaged, nothing broken. Just recently ordered some more parts for my partner about a week ago and the delivery has now been delayed! Not too happy about that, as I was told I?d be getting it today. Other then that tho, would buy from you guys again!”
