“I called Luxury Escapes to sort out booking my dates after I received a voucher for my wedding, through Luxury Escapes. Natasha K was amazing, kind and so helpful. She sorted everything out for me and made the process quick and easy!”

“Wow, Vynka was so sooooo helpful with answering my booking enquiry today!!! And going the extra mile to make contact with the hotel for us. Just SO helpful!! Plus she put me through to the flights department where they saved me thousands!! Way cheaper than booking myself. Such wonderful service!!!”

“It took a while to have my call answered but once it was answered by Tammie R, I received excellent service. I was a bit apprehensive about cancelling one holiday and replacing it with another using the system myself and Tammie did the whole process for me. Much appreciated.”

“My flight was delayed by 4 hours thus my transport and accomodation in Singapore were affected. Mitch was the person I had contact with from Luxury Escapes. Mitch was very helpful and changed and arranged everything so on my arrival everything went with out a hitch.”

“Great customer service from Vynka following up on an issue I had with package inclusion with the hotel I stayed at. Even after returning an email to me and a phone call, neither of which I had managed to respond to, Vynka still resolved the issue and left both phone messages and emails clarifying the outcome. Thank you Vynka!”
