“A big thank you to Natasha K in customer service for her friendliness, attention to detail and help while changing a previous booking for my family’s holiday in Mexico. She explained details explicitly and was a pleasure to deal with over the phone! :)”

“I had some issues getting information confirmed via my email, but thanks to Vynka the problems were solved and confirmations received. Many thanks to Vynka who was always professional, proactive, courteous and friendly during all phone calls and email correspondence and for following up after the issues had been resolved. This is the first holiday I have booked through Luxury Escapes, but Vynka gave me confidence in the organisation and its business systems and I will continue to use Luxury Escapes from now on. “Jake L at Luxury was excellent in our dealings with Luxury Escapes. We love Luxury Rscairs abs the benefits it offers - and when our circumstances changed Jake l was very responsive and followed through for us the hotels . The responsiveness was comforting in a world of lack of in your time of need when travelling . Thank you Jake and Luxury Escapes I have already recommended LA to friends .”

“Vynka was amazing! She reached out to us just moments after booking in our hotel through Luxury Escapes to let us know about an additional service that we were eligible for! Very prompt and super lovely - we had never used Luxury Escapes before so were skeptical but the service so far has been amazing and I feel really comfortable booking again! Xx”

“Tanmie provided such fantastic service to assist with an accommodation incident. She continued to communicate with me and keep me constantly updated throughout the incident.
