“The customer service was top notch! I had a silly wee question about a product fault and they rectified it in 30 secs, while also encouraging me to do what’s right by the environment when dealing with the old one. A real values led company”

“Epic customer service from Martina. Sold all my PNS gear to move over to the Maap family. The Maap gear is amazing and after losing 30 plus kilos earlier this year and targeting a race season ahead in 2025 Im over the moon with quality of the gear.”

“Hi Lucy, I hope this finds you well and thank you very much for your prompt response and quick action. Very much appreciated and more than I had expected. That just confirms and reaffirms why I have been loyal to MAAP for such a long time. Great Brand with even greater people who put a smile on a cyclists face. I’ll make sure to recommend you where and whenever I can Thanks Khalid”

“I took a trip to the French Pyrenees and hoped I wouldn’t need this jacket because I get cold easily. At the peak of Gorge de Galamus, we hit strong winds and tons of rain. It was honestly quite fun and I can say that because I remained warm and fairly dry. I was able to enjoy what came with the unexpected experience of climbing a beautiful gorge.”

“Maap makes some of the best if not the best cycling apparel I have ever worn! The jerseys fit perfectly and the pockets hold all my things securely! To wear the bibs is to ride while sitting on a cloud. Will always purchase!!”
