“Ordered a outdoor table in May, MdM said it would be 5 weeks delay, that was fine - but we never heard anything. Eventually checked at the start of July as it seemed late and the tracking info said it had been with the courier firm since June 12th, although we had heard nothing. We tried to chase them but it was impossible to get through to the courier firm (tracking number provided was invalid) or MdM.... maybe they have gone bust? I would seriously recommend not buying from this firm unless you want to be ripped off. Trading standards need to close them down asap.”

“Do not buy from this company. I bought furniture many times from them, but the last shipment they broke the furniture and gave me a gift card.... but it doesn't work and I want to return 2 taburete, but they don't come and pick them up. I have spent hours on the phone getting trough talking to different people, and they say that they will come for the return and that the gift card will work, but nothing has happened. VERY BAD SERVICE!”

“Ordered dining table and chairs, arrived damaged and of terrible quality. No response to emails or telephone calls. I have put the matter in the hands of Paypal to retrieve my money. DO NOT use this company ever. They ship Chinese rubbish and do not even inspect it before delivery.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. Returned an item two weeks ago and still no refund. Emails ignored, numerous telephone calls made, finally got through and was assured a refund was imminent..... that was a week ago and still nothing..... worried I won’t see my £351.... AVOID this company!!!”

“Not only did the website fail to mention it would take over a month for the item to arrive (which was expensive anyway and ambiguous as to where it was shipped from), the items were extremely poor quality. Half of the leaves of the synthetic hanging plants were broken off or pulled out from the badly glued base. The items were much smaller than appeared on the website. A complete waste of money.”

“Expensive furniture, terrible customer and delivery service. We bough 5 items, we receive first 2 of them some days ago, yesterday HALF of the bed and who knows how many more deliveries we need to wait and when we will have everything finally. The part we did receive of the bed have dents and cracks. I've took some pictures but no mail to send them. So well... if anyone have an email would be appreciated. And please, before buying think twice, there are a lot of better sites to buy furniture.”

“Scam company, like everybody states here. Customer service is not replying. Bought 5 products for €1400. 4 products had severe damages during transport. No reaction whatso ever with proving pictures etc. DO NOT BUY”

“Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The tripod lamp and shade I ordered I arrived damaged. It has been a battle to get customer services to answer emails and the most I have been offered is to keep the broken lamp and be issued with a £50 voucher. Brilliant!! This has taken over three weeks. I will never use this company again.”

“This company is a scam, website states 1 week delivery, email 2 weeks, and after 2 weeks i received a notification it will not be delivered, we will try (no revised date). Phone number (if you can find one) is out of service!”

“I pass an order the 14th January 2020 as today the 10th March 2020 no news of my order. It's me that I contact them to have news. This company is like a circus with clowns ! Now I stand to know if I can cancel my order and refund my money. Please don't buy anything on the website ! Poor company not on the right level to sell in USA.”

“Terrible, avoid this company. We ordered a pair of bedside tables and only one showed up. After hours of chasing MdM and DHL with both blaming one another we still only have one table. How hard can it be to deliver 2 tables and not 1. We are wasting time and effort chasing up this company despite it all being their fault and they seem unwilling to help resolve the issue. The products on the website look good but the service is so bad I strongly advise not buying from them and choosing a different retailer whose service matches their glamorous images. Its no use appearing premium if your service is very very poor.”

“They do have great things for home furnishing however I have had a really poor experience with them. I made 4 orders this month and the last one has not been delivered and it has been with the transporter two weeks. Basically, they do not care about customers once you have paid for your order, in fact they have the worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. It is very difficult to contact them once you order has been placed, and they do not seem to be interested in sorting out delivery issues with their transporter AB custom either. I am really disappointed and I would not recommend using their online shop.”

“I usually don't do these reviews but I just want to warn future customers. Never buy something here! I bought a closet/cabinet, everything went fine until the moment they said they delivered the product, which is just not true, I never received it. They have no customer service at all, meaning: no phone number where someone answers the phone, no e-mailaccount where someone answers to your message, nothing. And I literally tried everything. Save yourself a lot of issues, don't buy stuff here.”
