"I am extremely disappointed with the service from [company name]. I ordered a bathroom cabinet for \u20ac800, but it was delivered completely damaged. To my great frustration, the company refuses to take the product back, and I am not getting a refund.\r\n\r\nThe customer service is absolutely terrible. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but the phone support does not work, and I get immediately kicked out of the chat. This is unacceptable.\r\n\r\nI strongly advise everyone against buying from this company. It is a complete waste of money, and the service is shockingly bad. This is absolutely not the way to treat customers. I still expect a proper solution; otherwise, I will consider taking further action."

They have chat option only in weekdays but they say you have to inform us immediately if any item is damaged. This is ridiculous. Their website even looks scam when you need a help they just redirect you to a page with no information. I will contact them on Monday and I can manage to access them I will remove this comment. I hope this is not a scam."

"Hemos comprado un vitrina, a parte que tardaron mucho en la entrega, cuando llego y se desenvalo, se vio multiples desperfecto, madera rota, mal pintada, manchada, etc,. etc.\r\nHemos solicido la devoluci\u00f3n y llevamos mas de un mes esperando que la vengan a recoger, y claro sin que efectuen la devolucion del importe. en resumen mas de dos meses mareando y sin tener aun la resolucion. Vamos a ponder una denuncia."
