“You guys are horrible with customer service. 4 of my orders never came for more than 1 month I kept on calling, sending massages until I concealed my bank card. That’s not right.”

“I ignored the UK store and bought three face serums from your US store and paid all that shipping because I specifically needed the white creamy serum, since the oily serum earlier gave me serious breakouts. I was still sent the oily one which wasn't what was advertised on your US website. I complained and was told I will be sent just one creamy serum as compensation, but that was also not sent to me till date. All that money I spent have gone to waste and it is unfair.”

“I bought two bottles of the body beautifying milk, carotonic extreme glow renewing face cream and the extreme argan & carrot oil. The products are not working. Infact I have become two shades darker since I started using the products.I feel cheated.”

“Makari just messed up my last order. I put my home address which you have shipped to several times, paid $14 for shipping and then Makari shipped my items to a CVS store!!!! I called several times and they cannot give any explanation for collecting that much for shipping and still not shipping to my home!!!! Terrible!! You should have apologized and refunded my shipping fees.”

“J'ai passé une commande de deux produits et quelques jours après, j'ai reçu mon colis. Mais c'est avec surprise que j'ai découvert que le colis ne contenait qu'un seul produit. Après plusieurs tentatives, je suis parvenu à joindre à le service client. Il m'ont demandé d'envoyer des photos par mail. Chose que j'ai faite. Celà fait plus d'une semaine que je n'ai toujours pas de réponse et aucun retour de la part de Makari. Pour une première commande c'est désolant. Aucune réactivité du service client. Je suis toujours dans l'attente.”

“This is so sad.The Makari Naturelle SERUM I bought is giving me breakout.First time I bought it,it was nice and no break out but the second time the serum looked just like oil and it gives me a a lot of pimples on my face.”
