“Hello, I’m giving three stars not because the products are not good but I have order gour items from you guys and I only received three. I tried to contact you guys no one is getting back to me even sent the order number and I’m ordering for my sister that cannot order, so when is become like this I’m the one that supposed to pay back to them because they giving me the money to buy the product for them and if you guys can look up, you will see that I’m ordering different product that means is not for me, but normally when customers Sent you an email at least three days you can reply to the person but I’ve been sending messages and no one is replying to me and that is very bad customer service. Now I have to buy the missing item to give her with my own money which is not good. Is only that part that I don’t like it. If not, the product are good cause I’ve been buying for three of my sisters and the love it but this time the product came with one missing and you guys should help because that is not fair, I cannot use my money to pay for someone that I was trying to help.”

“I love the products. However, the customer service is not of the greatest. You can’t call to speak with a representative and I emailed them twice within a week period and still no response. Also, they need to give free shipping, especially on orders $100.00 and up.”

“Lotion itself is great. However the pump came broken and the amount of lotion is almost nonexistent. I have been using this for a week and it’s almost gone make that make sense. I got beat the bottle against my palms each time I wanna use this. Insane. The price doesn’t meet the amount of lotion received. Never again”

“The reason for the three stars is the bad customer service. The last product I purchased which was over $130 after the coupon I used, i was still charged shipping fee and after sending chat messages to their customer service, no one responded to me. Your product may be good but if you have terrible customer service it messes things up. I have not seen much difference on my son’s body but the face cream is helping clear acne and scars.”

“The products I have bought so far only work for me partially. I am not sure how much I need to spend to find a 100%. I have chosen from the sensitive to normal skin and brightening. Maybe Makari is not just for me. I am giving one last trial.”
