“The notes feature has been oblitherated along with all of our valuable information that was on those notes ever since the new 'improvement' was made.
It's functional but the UI and UX is much less user friendly.
Really not sure what their thought process was to make such crappy decisions for their website but here we are.”
“** Lack of Voiceover Listings = Not Recommended (AVOID) ** Signed up for the paid Voicover/performer account day before yesterday after doing a fair bit of research online. Even so, after I signed up, I saw many users in the forums (*available only after signup & payment!) commenting, for months, that the number of jobs listed had trickled to a very minimal number, with few of their complaints being addressed by Mandy.com. I mentioned to Mandy support that, in light of the fact that this info had been hidden til I signed up, I'd like to get a pro-rated refund after only a day of use. They (Matheus at support) denied my request. So, Mandy.com is aware of the current lack of listings, but doing nothing about it, not even a) allowing paid performer users to access crew listing as well as a consolation and/or b) bringing some listings over from their affiliated Backstage platform. AVOID MANDY UNTIL RECTIFIED - (*Giving Two Stars because there's a slight chance they can remedy and Mandy.com used to be good in the old old days (2005, etc)”
