appalling customer service. been chasing refund since 22nd march. now 4th may. office girls never at their desk, rude, never call you back. I don't think we'll ever get the refund. made 13 communications about this refund to date. NEVER buy from them. they don't deserve to be in business.

Nearly ruined our Christmas. Ordered in November with a promise the cooker was in stock and it would be delivered before Christmas. When delivery day came it turned out it wasn’t in stock, leaving us just a few days to source another cooker with 12 guests due on Christmas day!!! Absolute nightmare; communication and customer service were awful. Got a full refund in the end.

First the good: The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful & polite. Now the bad: Rude salesman, customer service even worse. Argumentative, unhelpful, uncooperative & condescending. I will not use again I would not recommend. To be avoided.

This company I cannot fault they are excellent, professional and polite throughout, from purchase to delivery. Today they delivered my appliances which were all in excellent order. The delivery men were polite, careful and professional. They also delivered the items on time providing me with a phone call 20 minutes before delivery. I will definitely be using this company again. 10 out of 10

i ordered a Hoover oven from marks electricals last Sunday as my old one went pop the same day! Less than 24 hrs later I had received my new oven I cannot fault the item and delivery was very fast. My oven arrived bang on 7am as promised and they even rang to say when they were half hour away! Such a reliable and efficient company I will definetly order from here again next time brilliant thank you x

Ordered a tumble dryer from marks electrical. excellent customer service came next day bang on time I'm all the way in south london and couldn't believe how quick the whole prosses was.. Kept me imformed on delivery. The chaps that delivered my purchase Daniel and Jason Harrison couldn't of been anymore helpful. Thanks fellas

Ordered Sunday morning, had my delivery Sunday afternoon. Great range of products, really competitive prices, efficient and friendly delivery man Glenn. Possibly one of the best retail experiences in a long time.

I ordered a new cooker on the Monday and my order was booked for the Thursday. I received confirmation emails advising me that final delivery slots would be sorted on the Wednesday night. They were. Delivery drivers called about 25 minutes to tell me they were on the way. They were able to find us in our rurual area which not everybody can do so I was very pleased when I didn't have to keep a look out for the vehicle. They were very polite and helpful putting the appliance exactly where I needed it to be. The small space was not a problem for them. I have used this company before for other electrical items and would thoroughly recommend them

Mark's Electrical give excellent customer service. My new washing machine was ordered and delivered next day - all in less than 20 hours! In future I shall certainly be using and recommending Mark's Electrical as the Number 1 go-to electrical supplier!

I didn't pay for any extras, only to remove my existing washing machine. Price was the same as most online retailers but next day delivery beat everyone else. Would gladly purchase again. Arrived on time too

AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We purchased a Belling Range cooker costing £949.00 from these people, when it arrived it was not the Cooker we had ordered. It did not match the photo on the web site, We found out from belling that this model was an older version not the new one advertised. We contacted Marks Electrical and spoke to a lady at customer services who, when we told her of the problem instantly had a huge chip on her shoulder when we asked for a refund. The customer service of this lady was appalling, there was no need for the attitude we received from her. They arranged collection for 2 days later and told us we could only receive a refund 2-3 working days after they received the cooker in good order. We took many photos of the cooker and when the guys came to collect we made them sign the receipt of collection to say it left us in good order which they were very reluctant to do. 3 days passed and still no refund, so we phone again. This time we speak to another lady, who informs us that it was not 2-3 working day for a refund it was 3-5 working days! So again we wait. When I call on the 5th day I am told at 1pm that the day is far from over and that I am assured by her my refund is on its way. We are now on day 6. I ring in the morning and speak to the ever so lovely first lady again. Who says my refund should be with me by now!!!??? She tells me she will find out what has happened and call me straight back (surprise surprise, she doesn't). So I phone again, the person I dealt with again tries to tell me Paypal is down and she can see they have tried to refund me but couldn't. So while on phone I check Paypal, all working fine now I inform her. Apparently she can't refund me as she is not authorised. so I ask to speak to someone who is, shockingly they are all in meeting for the rest of the day!! As we are heading into Easter Weekend my apparent refund is now due Tuesday of next week, another 5 days away!!! I have had to open a dispute with Paypal in order to recover my money I have an extremely large family (me my husband and 6 daughters) and no cooker for what it looks to be for the foreseeable future!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Received fridge freezer promptly. Received 30 minute delivery warning which was great. Daniel and Jason were efficient and courteous. Product looks good although not switched on yet very pleased so far.

Excellent & friendly service. Fast & efficient. Delivered my product within 36 hours of ordering and delivered well within the two hour allocated timeslot. Much better that the bigger companies. I will be recommending the company to family and friends and I will be using their services the next time I need a new product. 10/10
