“Excellent service from taking the order over the phone and next day delivery. driver well mannered. and very polite and called to say how long he would be and came right on the time said put the washer were we wanted it to go. . thank you we very happy with the washer and your service would highly recommend to all ????????”

“Ordered an electric oven on Monday and received it next day as promised. Order placed by phone to Nick.... good and knowledgeable service. Delivered by Curtis Morris... Excellent and polite. Small issue with e-mail order confirmation which was sorted by Amy in customer service. Now I have completed my first order from Marks Electrical, would certainty order again.”

“I ordered my dyson vacuum cleaner Sunday lunchtime , I received e/mail to tell me it would be with me Monday , My delivery slot was 9-11am. I received a phone call at 8-30 to say that they would be with me 9oc. Gary Ward and Jack Norris spot on time and were very polite and happy chaps. I would be very happy to recommend Marks Electrical to my friends.”

“I would recommend Marks electrical to anyone. My Husband ordered a washing machine at 3pm one afternoon this week, the machine was delivered at 8am the following morning by a very pleasant and friendly driver, Arran Yarwood. Excellent service.”

“Excellent service. Easy website to navigate. Several updates regarding delivery times etc received. Product arrived safely at the time stated by a very helpful and pleasant gentleman (Aaron). Have used the service now on two occasions (delivery of a freezer and dishwasher). I cannot fault it and will be using it again whenever I require any domestic household electrical product.”

“The service was excellent. Tim Welford who installed the washing machine knew his job and took care in preventing any damage to the laminate flooring. I was a bit apprehensive about this. There was a bit of a problem with the drainage of water. This was attended to by Steve who found the cause within a couple of minutes. The Pluming of the kitchen sink had been replaced with a different type of fitting when the new Kitchen was installed about five years ago. After Steve fixed the problem within ten minutes, he left. We used the machine today and got rid of the backlog. Thanks. Edwin Leaddley.”

“I was on a mission to replace my old dishwasher with a bargain deal from Miele – budjet £500 so not many models in this range. Spent 30 mins on the Internet as one does and honed in on Marks Electrical who had in my opinion the best deal on a G4920 at this time. The rest was was a doddle, phoned Marks Electrical with a query, no difficulties here as staff very pleasant and knowledgable, but then it's their job and they did this very well. Back to their Web site, placed the order – job done. No issues with after sales service, was given a range of delivery slots that allowed me to plan installation, delivery confirmed with an allocated time slot and this was met spot on by a very pleasant delivery man. There may be other companies out there that are just as efficient, but I bet Marks Electrical set the bench mark here for them to aspire to.”

“I would like to say how impressed I am with this company and the impeccable service they offer. I ordered a washing machine which was very reasonably priced. It was delivered on the day I requested within a 2hr time slot. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee Freer, despite it being a difficult installation. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again in the future. Thanks :)”

“I just wanted to say how brilliant I think Marks Electricals are. Very efficient and great service. Our delivery drivers were great, nothing was to much trouble for Mitchell and Ian. We will definitely. Be ordering from Marks Electricals again? I would thoroughly reckoned them to all our family and friends.”
