I ordered my new Beko fridge freezer late on Friday night and it arrived before 4pm the following day. Lee Barratt the person who delivered the fridge freezer was very friendly, helpful and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Thank you Lee.

Great service from start to finish, delivery made at 06:40 before work from a pleasant driver who endured the snow but still arrived chirpy with a smile, I think his name was Glen so big thumbs up to him

Great service, helpful and speedy staff. Daniel and Jason pre-called that they would arrived before the timeslot, so freed up our day. Just what you would expect from a reputable company. Great work, would definitely use you again, and refer you.

Future customers to aware that you cannot chose the time and date of your delivery! I've never heard of such a thing! At a time when so many companies offer collection points in recognition that people do work, this company seems only to be set up for people who can be at home with one day's notice!

Very efficient ordering process, the delivery was slightly delayed but I was kept informed. I was given a two hour time slot, and they delivered within that, but the 30 minute contact did not happen; luckily there was someone to receive it.

Ordered LG washing m/c online 14.05 Tuesday arrived 07.10 Wednesday. Received call from driver 15 minutes before arrival, and he departed with old machine 10 minutes after arrival. Gary and John, the delivery crew, were very helpful and efficient. Superb service from order to delivery of an excellent product at a fair price. JW Uxbridge

Poor customer service. No one on the phone when we placed the order asked if our present fridge was hard - wired -- beware ! So Marks refunded a "service fee" since they couldn't install the new fridge. The installer at that point said clearly "someone else will be back to pick up the old fridge...." Two fridges then stood in the kitchen for several days whilst we found someone new to install the new fridge. We then paid for an electrician and a plumber. When we called as directed we were then told since the "service fee" had been refunded, tough, the old fridge would not be picked up, so now we will apparently pay for that "service" as well. So, for this installation, three additional parties required. Would not use them again, which is a shame, since product and installers were fine.

Excellent service from taking the order over the phone and next day delivery. driver well mannered. and very polite and called to say how long he would be and came right on the time said put the washer were we wanted it to go. . thank you we very happy with the washer and your service would highly recommend to all ????????

Ordered an electric oven on Monday and received it next day as promised. Order placed by phone to Nick.... good and knowledgeable service. Delivered by Curtis Morris... Excellent and polite. Small issue with e-mail order confirmation which was sorted by Amy in customer service. Now I have completed my first order from Marks Electrical, would certainty order again.

I ordered my dyson vacuum cleaner Sunday lunchtime , I received e/mail to tell me it would be with me Monday , My delivery slot was 9-11am. I received a phone call at 8-30 to say that they would be with me 9oc. Gary Ward and Jack Norris spot on time and were very polite and happy chaps. I would be very happy to recommend Marks Electrical to my friends.
