Ordered and paid for my Fridgefreezer Monday evening, phoned Marks electrical Tuesday morning to confirm delivery time, was offered delivery the same day after 2.00pm, Great! I was going to be contacted at 12.00pm to be given a 2 hour time slot, I was also emailed to let me know my old appliance had to be disconnected and outside for collection. No time slot was given by 1.00pm, we emptied our old Fridgefreezer so we have food piled on work tops, then my husband (68) and I (64) drag the old appliance outside and wait! No contact by Marks electrical by 2.15 so I give them a call only to be told by the salesman who offered me same day delivery that and I quote " it wouldn't fit on the van, the van was too heavy" can we deliver tomorrow! I said no, I have a Fridgefreezer on the drive and food going off in the kitchen, his only excuse was it was his fault, a derisory offer of compensation (5%) which wouldn't cover the cost of the ruined food was only made when I asked! Needless to say I cancelled the order and requested my payment be refunded straight away as I needed to source another appliance, they seem to be able to take the payment for an item immediately but a week on an I am still waiting for my refund! A call to customer services to chase it up revealed the super salesman had somehow pushed the wrong button and my refund had not been processed, what a surprise. I now have my identical new Fridgefreezer from a reliable company who did a price match with Marks electrical only to find that they didn't actually have any in stock till February, so I didn't stand much chance of getting mine any time soon. I hope no one else has the same problems as me and if you do don't expect them to be resolved properly or get your money back quickly!

first class service ,ordered one day delivered as promised next day,with information as to time of delivery and 30 mins warning from driver before he arrived.Couldn't fault the service,microwave delivered in good condition,friendly .driver.Would definitely recommend this company to all friends and family .thank you

I ordered a dishwasher on Sunday from spain, for delivery to Oxfordshire,on the Monday. Was given a 2 hr time slot,that night . On Monday the driver ,contacted me again ,to say he was 20 minutes away. Dishwasher was duly delivered, old machine taken away. Fantastic, would recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to end. Delivery was excellent both gentlemen very helpful and pleasant. Charlotte, in customer service very helpful. Two vegetable draws in the fridge were cracked which I only realised after the delivery men had lefty. Rang elastomer service and got a call back in few hours that the new draws will be send to my home address and should arrive in 3-4 days. Over all very pleased with the service. I bought a new washing machine at 11.00pm at night on a Thursday and it was fitted, old one taken away and working fine by 12pm Saturday. Excellent customer service from ordering to texts to tell me when the item would be delivered to the delivery driver, who was also excellent. Would highly recommend them and I will alway sue them now as service was just so good. Thank you!

Great Service. Thanks to Tom in sales who sorted out a problem for us. Very simple to use the website, great delivery options. Made replacement of our old Fridge very easy, great service. Thanks to Gary & John who delivered our item.

I would definitely recommend marks electricals. The info sent prior to delivery was spot on, they delivered exactly when they said with the pre arranged telephone call. Our delivery driver Tim was courteous, respectful and very efficient. An excellent service thank u.

Marks electrical were excellent.I have used them previously when I purchased a cooker. This time I had a new washing machine. The delivery and installation By Najib was very good.I had excellent service from the customer services department both Lara and Holly sorted my problem swiftly. I purchased 20 appliances for some new properties. The items were booked out for delivery but the driver refused to off load them as he was not prepared to park his van on a driveway where we have several deliveries being off loaded daily. They provided a date for re-delivery but decided not to come and emailed me saying the items were not in stock any more. After waiting for 3 weeks I was told would get the delivery but they could not tell me the time until 7.30pm. True to their word they did but the delivery was for the following morning at 7.00am before my building site opens. The dilemma was their offices were closed before 7.30 and open at 9.00. So I could not let them know t was inconvenient. I asked them if they felt this was fair trading and they said it was. I rest my case!

We ordered a fridge from Marks Electrical in December. It was out of stock but came into the depot exactly on time and was delivered immediately. The system of being given a 4 hour delivery slot the night before works very well. The delivery men were cheerful, polite and very helpful getting the fridge into the right spot in the kitchen. All together a very good experience and I would order from them again.

Marks Electrical, personally I would not buy anywhere else. They are always priced competitively , always deliver on time, give unbiased advice and are honest, which in my opinion makes them 5 star +

Daniel Harrison and Jason Harrison delivered our freezer on time and cheerfully. They were very happy to position it where we needed it and gave us useful advice on how long to leave it to settle before switching it on. Great service, with a smile.

I'd not heard of them before, but really happy having ordered a new TV. Kept up to date throughout the process, really friendly and Daniel Harrison and Jason Harrison the delivery guys text me the night before and rang 20mins before delivery. Really great service and will use again! Satisfied customer!

Have had great dealings with Marks Electrical.Very helpful and polite and very competitive prices. The items we required were out of stock,but it was not a concern to us as we were not going to fit at the moment.It was quoted on their sit that it would not be available till March,due to it being a new model.We were very pleasantly surprised that within 10 days that they had conformation from the manufacturer that it would be delivered in 2 days to Marks Electrical.We had a delivery notice on that day and an invite for a day to suit usfor the delivery to us,and it was, with very polite and helpful delivery men. We would use and recommend Marks Electrical with great confidence. WELL DONE MARKS ELECTRICAL
