Very quick delivery I only ordered a week before Christmas. Tyrone the driver was very helpful. Cooker in and looking good. Price was good value too.

Couldn't fault the excellent service. From the recorded message when I phoned, which also told me where I was in the queue, to the sales staff and delivery man, everyone was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient, and inspired confidence. As promised, I was notified when the cooker I wanted was back in stock, and the delivery was speedy and right on time. The fact that the price was nearly half that of John Lewis was admittedly a very welcome bonus! I shall have no hesitation in recommending Marks Electrical to my friends, and they are likely to be my first port of call next time I need a kitchen appliance.

I was very pleased with the work Mark did for me last time, so when I had a last minute panic about getting my new cooker installed before Christmas I phoned without really expecting him to fit me in so quickly. He asked me clear questions over the phone to get a sense of what was needed, and offered to squeeze the job in at the end of the day, on the day that the cooker arrived. And he was true to his word. At such a busy time of year I thought this was above and beyond the call of duty, and a lot of effort for him to take for a small fee. So thank you Mark. You are appreciated.

Wanted a tv and found it at marks electrical at a very good price. The communication was excellent from the moment I placed the order. I had home delivery which turned out to be a great choice. The delivery driver Daniel was so helpful kept me informed and even carried tv to the house. I was so impressed with the service that I will be ordering all my replacement white goods from here over the next few months. order 407739

Had such bad customer service!! Ordered a fridge freezer it was over 4 hours late (didn't even call to tell me that they was running late I had to contact you) Then when it finally turns up its the wrong item!! The driver tells me to keep it as I have all my food outside (half we had to throw away as it was out for to long) and we have a 1 year old so we need food!! Then a girl from " Customer Services" (I wouldn't call it that as she had NO CS skills) calls me trying to catch me out the see if I would admit if I had received the wrong product!! The started telling me we needed to pay the difference....... Excuse me you delivered the wrong items 4 hours late and you are putting this on me!!!!!!!! Then she tells me I signed for the incorrect item so I have to pay!! I then made it clear that the driver stated we could have it and wrote on the form that it was ok, then I signed!! She then said she needs to check and go to the warehouse...... like I was lying!! I heard nothing for over a week then she calls me last week telling me you will be collecting the fridge freezer and I will have to remove it..... Nooooo way...... After more attitude from the same girl I got her to agree to me keeping it and the food in and the driver to wait till I remove the food as I wasn't going to throw away more food. Craig the delivery driver today was great and so helpful. And the CS advisor today was fab (can't remember her name) but she was so much better and understanding. I know the fridge that was delivered was wrong and very expensive but it was second hand now for all the drama I'm surprised we wasn't allowed to keep it!!!! Anyway completely disappointed and everything was a joke from begging to end. NO communication and wrong item and I have lost a lot of food and have a rip in my Lino now from all off this!!!! Beyond a joke

Excellent service. Product was delivered at the time specified, and the driver phoned us when he was twenty minutes from our home. The delivery team were both helpful and courteous. Would certainly use this company again.

Very good service even though it was a bit late but Steve the driver kept in touch and let me know that he was on his way he is a lovely person and very helpful marks electrical wants to look after him Washer is quiet as well so pleased all round satisfied customer

Purchased a Miele dishwasher from Marks electrical Leicester yesterday - the service, staff and value were outstanding - the process was simple and we were able to collect the dishwasher within 2 hours of making our call - I really can't praise the service I received enough - from the guy who took the telephone order, the guy who sorted out payment at the collection depot to the guys who helped get the dishwasher into the car - everyone were really great, efficient with a sense of humour. Pick up from the collection depot meant we could get the dishwasher up and running that day but delivery was offered. Marks electrical is great value for money with nice people and a simple process - it's brilliant ! I will be back and I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you

Just a word of warning when purchasing goods from this company (Sorry for drawn out complaint). We purchased a Hoover washing machine in July, the delivery was prompt (around 2 weeks lead time) and all went well as other reviews have mentioned. Unfortunately after 3 washes, the washing machine started to smoke. We informed Marks Electrical who then contact Hoover to replace it, as Marks did not have any in stock. Hoover sent us a replacement within 2 weeks, which worked fine for 3 months but then started to smoke, the same as the previous washer did. This is when we started having issues. We informed Marks Electrical that the same problem we had with our previous washer had occurred again and that this time we did not feel safe with the Hoover brand washer and asked for a different manufacture as a replacement, bearing in mind my wife and daughter are in the house on their own most of the time, which is a concern for me. This time we were told that we need to contact Hoover directly and sort it with them and that Marks could not refund or replace it. After long phone calls to Hoover back and forth (around 6 hours) to sort this, we could not get any refund from them. Two weeks later they sent an engineer to fix it, he said it was the heating element that had failed, even though it was the draining error that showed on the machine. He did a test spin and it failed, so he took it apart again and found a fault on the main circuit board. He did not have this part, so another engineer came out a week later and said that there was another part that had melted and the previous engineer hadn't even looked properly, luckily he had a spare in his van. The washer was fixed again, until today (two weeks after it was fixed) where it again came up with the draining error. Consumer advice told us Marks should sort this as we have a contract with them, Marks say its nothing to do with them, Hoover said they will call back but we have heard this many times and have not received a call (They are now closed). It will be another 6hrs of calls to sort an engineer to come within a 2-3 week period. Just in time for Christmas.

Recently bought induction hob and electric oven.The service was very good and everything went well as planned.I was quite grateful to see that delivery is also done on a Sunday-not many companies do that ! Keep up with the good work as this will encourage customers to use online orders more often .

Wanted a new microwave with stainless steel interior. The only one I could find in my price range was the Bosch and the cheapest price I could find was Marks Electrical. Ordering online was very easy and arranging delivery was very straightforward. Very pleased with the microwave and very pleased with Marks Electrical.

From start to finish. Excellent communications about my order, ring for date and time slot. Will ring before delivering. Delivery driver friendly and very helpful. What more can I say would have no hesitation to use them again and to recommend. Thank you for my brilliant fridge freezer. Julie

Excellent service from ordering to the final delivery all staff involved were professional polite with excellent product knowledge Jack in the sales department was absolutely brilliant with Nathan I believe communicating so accurately with the delivery time so accurate well done to everyone involved.
