“It was the first time we had used Marks electrical in fact it was the first time we had used an Internet type company. Rang on the Sunday enquiring about a Stoves Richmond 100ei Range cooker which we had seen at another company but they didn't have one in stock Marks had one I was so pleased they matched the price we had been quoted and said they could deliver the next day. We where given a slot the night before via email and text and the driver rang us 30 minutes prior to delivery they were spot on time two very nice men brought it into the house with ease unpacked it left it in situ and took our old cooker away. I absolutely love my new range cooker. Big thanks to Marks electrical !”

“Morticia Portsmouth My Gorenje heat pump condenser dryer delivered on 28th October by Curtis Morris a very helpful and polite delivery man from Marks Electrical . The delivery was very prompt just 10 minutes into the time frame. It's lovely to have a tumble dryer again. No more sheets draped over doors . Very pleased with 5 year guarantee and the £20 cash back offer. Good value for heat pump technology at A ++ rating.”

“I was looking into ur web site by chance as I want to buy a SEMG 5 burners gas hob. Although there is a lot of choice in all shops and webs yet there were not the one I was particular after. I want the smeg gas hob with simple design of Pan support yet bear the facility to allow me to slide the saucepan from one burner to the other during cooking. I know that particular design has been sold out after I bought the last one from ur company which I was extremely please with myself. One suggestion for SMEG of their new design which are mostly 5 different individual pans support despite their appealing design. Yet it will not be suitable for any person with no strong wrist rotation to transfer pot especially when the pot itself is full with potato and slow cooking process after. That is after u have already have 3 burner in use. Thank u Mark Electrical.”

“I ordered a new freezer when my 44 year old one in the garage finally gave up on Saturday. Once ordered I had Fantastic communication throughout with a two hour time slot given for next day delivery. I had telephone contact when the driver was 30 minutes away and he took the old one away. Exactly what customer service is about! Well done and thank you”
