“Recently bought induction hob and electric oven.The service was very good and everything went well as planned.I was quite grateful to see that delivery is also done on a Sunday-not many companies do that ! Keep up with the good work as this will encourage customers to use online orders more often .”

“Wanted a new microwave with stainless steel interior. The only one I could find in my price range was the Bosch and the cheapest price I could find was Marks Electrical. Ordering online was very easy and arranging delivery was very straightforward. Very pleased with the microwave and very pleased with Marks Electrical.”

“The two drivers were great, helpful and went the extra mile. It turned up at the correct time. Was exactly the same as my last dishwasher, but £200 cheaper. Very easy to instal. What's not to like? Will be a repeat customer.”

“My friend ordered a fridge freezer which was out of stock and then discontinued marks electrical kept her updated regularly then finally she chose another which was a little bit more but they didn't charge her the extra and delivered it the next day.they came as per the time they gave her.their staff are very friendly and they gave excellent service u would recommend marks electrical to everyone.thank you marks”

“Very good service and communications. We had a slight glitch with the item being damaged on delivery, but it was sorted out immediately, and a replacement was with us within 2 days. The delivery team were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Product (Canon Carrick - double oven gas cooker) meets all our needs. Would definitely use again and would recommend.”

“Service when we ordered freezer was very helpful and also responded quickly and refunded charge for taking away old freezer when we decided to keep it. Delivery driver was very friendly ( cannot remember his name).He phoned as agreed and unloaded freezer with no problems.”

“Received my fridge within 3 days got a brilliant deal. Was notified what time my delivery should be coming with a 2hr time slot which wouldn't have me waiting around all day. Delivery guy Arran Boyce was very helpful and explained everything well. No problems at all very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.”

“As always excellent service, right from purchasing from sales staff to products being delivered, all done very well. staff polite and helpfull, if they can put goods on certain vans to make it easier for you to receive goods then they will. Overall a very good experience. I would certainly recommend this company.”
