“Daniel Harrison and Jason Harrison delivered our freezer on time and cheerfully. They were very happy to position it where we needed it and gave us useful advice on how long to leave it to settle before switching it on. Great service, with a smile.”

“I'd not heard of them before, but really happy having ordered a new TV. Kept up to date throughout the process, really friendly and Daniel Harrison and Jason Harrison the delivery guys text me the night before and rang 20mins before delivery. Really great service and will use again! Satisfied customer!”

“Have had great dealings with Marks Electrical.Very helpful and polite and very competitive prices. The items we required were out of stock,but it was not a concern to us as we were not going to fit at the moment.It was quoted on their sit that it would not be available till March,due to it being a new model.We were very pleasantly surprised that within 10 days that they had conformation from the manufacturer that it would be delivered in 2 days to Marks Electrical.We had a delivery notice on that day and an invite for a day to suit usfor the delivery to us,and it was, with very polite and helpful delivery men. We would use and recommend Marks Electrical with great confidence. WELL DONE MARKS ELECTRICAL”

“Everything excellent until washer delivered and noticed that warranty seemed to be for 2 yrs instead of 5. Rang customer services who sent guarantee form to fill in, which I did. Received confirmation of guarantee but no length of guarantee. After another two phone calls to cust. services an e-mail was sent to me confirming 5 yr warranty. Superb service but not quite a 10.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish.TV Ordered (at a great price)..delivery date given...email day before confirming delivery time and drivers name...phone call from driver half an hour before delivery...TV delivered to my door...signed for...job done!!Definitely use again.”

“Purchased a LG Washer/Dryer from Marks Electricals. Very good and easy to use Website. The best price on the Web and free delivery. Great communication from start to finish. Got text night before delivery telling me Curtis Morris and Glen Chambers would be my delivery team the next day between 11 and 1. They phoned before arriving to let me know the exact time they would be with me. Very swift delivery team that had my brand new appliance in the kitchen within a couple of minutes of arriving. Both the guys were very polite and professional. Perfect service all round, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and its staff. Purchase date 28/12/15.”

“I ordered a CDA oven at a good price. Delivery was 7 - 9am , had a call at 6.30am to say that Daniel was outside and was it convenient to make the delivery. It was and will definitely recommend Marks for great service”

“Disappointed. Bewildered. The service dishonest. Bought finance assuming that the decision will be made instantly , however, after I went through application process was told I will be contacted in future regarding my application. Now I am confused: can not buy from somewhere else as already agreed to this one and do not know how long my application process will take. Now I feel down and unhappy with regret”
