My experience with Marks Electrical excellent. The website was very easy to navigate. The prices were extremely competitive with free delivery. The delivery service was brilliant. I was contacted the evening before delivery by email and text giving me a two hour time slot which was extremely helpful. On the morning of the delivery, which was a Saturday with no charge, the delivery driver rang me half an hour before to tell me when to expect him. He was a really nice man, very friendly and helpful. I have no reservation in recommending Marks Electrical and would definitely use them again. Thanks Marks for a brilliant service.

Excellent product. Excellent process and contact from the company. Delivery perfect with a slot the day before and a really lovely delivery driver with a gorgeous pink beard! Cannot recommend Marks Electrical highly enough. I will definitely use them again.

If I could I would give no stars! I was delivered a damage washing machine, on reporting the damage I was told it would take a week to replace the damaged goods as no one was delivering in my area. I ended up ordering a new washing machine from a different company that was delivered the next day. Although I still had to wait a week for the damaged machine to be picked.

Having ordered a range cooker after seeing a video of a fully automatic timer, which was the main reason I ordered it, I found that this was not the case. I rang customer services, but since then the buck has been passed from them to the suppliers and back to them again. They say because the cooker isn't faulty they can't do anything about it!! They say they saw the video and can understand my dilemma, but still they will do nothing about it. The information also said that the shelves locked, which they didn't. They sent two sets of the wrong ones out to replace the ones I had until eventually they sent the correct ones. So the moral of this review is, DO NOT go on the description or demonstration video they give you of the appliance. It is best to go somewhere so you can see exactly what you are getting. I would not use this company again. They are very misleading.

Had washer delivered on Monday 6th Feb,the guy who installed the appliance was absolutely fantastic he did everything he could to ensure minimum upset;very polite and friendly and helpful 5* service

Easy to use website, good prices and no fuss collection from warehouse in Leicester. Delivery was available if I required for the days I would have liked, but I wanted to check my item after being let down by 2 other major suppliers. I would definitely recommend this company.

Missed delivery damaged item Very poor service - use John Lewis price match! We ordered a top of the range Siemens dishwasher from them as they had it in stock we arranged delivery for 3-5pm. My wife booked a days holiday at 6pm we had heard nothing the delivery driver rang at 6:30 and delivered at 7:20pm no need for a days holiday! Then what do we find it's damaged! - eventually the discourteous customer services after saying why it wasn't her fault arrange an engineer to replace the damaged part (3 phone calls) - engineer rings, no part has been ordered! Another lost days holiday! A lodged a complaint and was assured a call - guess what... no call

Have just purchased a gas cooker and dishwasher from you, extremely impressed with your service. Communication from start to finish was superb, delivery was just as you said it would be. Never used you before but will certain use you again and recommend to friends. Well Done

The driver who delivered my washer-drier (Ashley) assaulted me in my own home. So far the company have been uncooperative about informing me what they have done to reprimand this incident and to protect future customers. The installation I paid for was not done on delivery, as the driver alleged a part was missing. When a second worker arrived after I had purchased the part, it turned out the old part was not missing after all. The second worker installed the machine, which was done badly so that the machine constantly filled with water. I asked for a third worker to be sent out to fix the problem. A third worker was sent out to fix the problem, and actually did not fix the problem so the waching machine continued to constantly fill with water. Eventually the manufacturer (indesit) was contacted and sent somebody out to fix the problem which was done effectively. However the company have yet to inform me what (if anything) they have done to reprimand the assault that the first worker (Ashley) committed, or what (if anything) they have done to protect future customers. An incompetent and dangerous company. Avoid at all costs.

What a change to have such good service from a company. I purchased my Fridge/Freezer from Marks Electrical because of the competitive price and its ERT Awards 2015. I was kept informed all through the process of purchase and delivery by emails so new in advance how things were going. The delivery driver was polite and 20 mins early for my 2hr delivery window. He phoned to make sure I was home and unloaded to where I wanted it. I will certainly use them again for appliances. Paul Clegg

Absolutely delighted with the purchase, delivery and fitting of this washing machine to our hair salon. Our delivery driver was friendly, helpful and just brilliant, he is a credit to this company. Would certainly buy from Marks Electrical again especially if Daniel Harrison was delivering it.

My Zanusssi oven was the best price that I could find, and included a 10% winter discount. The drivers arrived early, and I had not yet disconnected my old oven. They offered me help, and were so courteous. They are a credit to Marks Electrical, please convey my gratitude to them.

Product was much cheaper than on competitor's website, with additional discount. Delivery was quick and I was regularly informed of when the product would arrive. Delivery drivers were friendly and polite, bringing the washing machine carefully into the house and advising on the important removal of bolts before installation.

Cheapest online seller for an LG washing machine I was after, with free delivery. Ordered at noon on Thursday December 22nd and delivered by 9am on Saturday 24th - Christmas Eve. Got a text and email the night before delivery with a 2 hour delivery window and a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. No complaints. Happy to use this retailer again, particularly as they are based in the Midlands.

Our fridge-freezer broke down the week before Christmas. The sales man at Marks was very helpful in arranging a delivery earlier than shown on the computer. The delivery went well: the driver phoned 30 minutes before arriving, and the new machine was installed and the old removed within about 10 minutes, all just before our 2-hour slot began! We are very impressed with your service, and have already promised your address to our neighbour.
