Great speedy service delivered the next day!! 2 yr warranty that was easy to use when element in oven broke. Brill service would recommend !!!

I bought a fridge freezer that lasted 10 months....it now needs a new compressor. rang marks electricals and was told to get in touch with manufacturer. they are not liable for 10 month old faulty frige/freezers apparently

Our Gorenje fridge freezer arrived on time. We had a small problem but this was rectified quickly by Georgina. Great service.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Dealt with mainly by Charlotte who never returned a phone call, I had to do all the chasing. Purchased over £1500 of goods the tumble dryer was faulty when delivered on Sunday took 3 days to get me a replacement informed Charlotte when you deliver must be 2 man job as it ad to go up a flight of stairs. Dryer arrived with one man only after me telling customer services at least 3 times to ensure they have 2 men to deliver?? Spoke to Charlotte who is obviously in the wrong job she shouted and was very aggressive and pretended not to know about my case even after me calling her and speaking to her at least 5-6 times. Sort your services out Mark I will be instagramming and blogging your poor service. Will never purchase again there are many electrical retailers out there who will provide a far better aftersales service if things go wrong.

Very happy with new candy fridge freezer. Free delivery on Saturday morning, Lee freer the driver was very efficient and delivery plus removal of old appliance went without a hitch.Would recommend mark's electrical to everyone.

I had to order a particular oven due to being let down by a major diy store and Marks Electrical had it in stock and at a superdeal price. I had never heard of this company and 'took a chance' placing the order, but 36 hours later the oven was being delivered exactly when they said, with no issues and only compliments. For electricals in the future I know where to buy. Thanks.

The order was conducted in an efficient friendly manner. The delivery at 7.30 am was early - I'd nipped in the shower and the phone rang to tell me they were 30 minutes away - good thing it wasn't television! The delivery chaps were friendly and unloaded the cooker hood, checking that it was the correct order, before depositing it inside the front door without fuss. I would recommend Marks Electrical - in fact, I have already!

My experience with Marks Electrical excellent. The website was very easy to navigate. The prices were extremely competitive with free delivery. The delivery service was brilliant. I was contacted the evening before delivery by email and text giving me a two hour time slot which was extremely helpful. On the morning of the delivery, which was a Saturday with no charge, the delivery driver rang me half an hour before to tell me when to expect him. He was a really nice man, very friendly and helpful. I have no reservation in recommending Marks Electrical and would definitely use them again. Thanks Marks for a brilliant service.

Excellent product. Excellent process and contact from the company. Delivery perfect with a slot the day before and a really lovely delivery driver with a gorgeous pink beard! Cannot recommend Marks Electrical highly enough. I will definitely use them again.

If I could I would give no stars! I was delivered a damage washing machine, on reporting the damage I was told it would take a week to replace the damaged goods as no one was delivering in my area. I ended up ordering a new washing machine from a different company that was delivered the next day. Although I still had to wait a week for the damaged machine to be picked.

Having ordered a range cooker after seeing a video of a fully automatic timer, which was the main reason I ordered it, I found that this was not the case. I rang customer services, but since then the buck has been passed from them to the suppliers and back to them again. They say because the cooker isn't faulty they can't do anything about it!! They say they saw the video and can understand my dilemma, but still they will do nothing about it. The information also said that the shelves locked, which they didn't. They sent two sets of the wrong ones out to replace the ones I had until eventually they sent the correct ones. So the moral of this review is, DO NOT go on the description or demonstration video they give you of the appliance. It is best to go somewhere so you can see exactly what you are getting. I would not use this company again. They are very misleading.

Had washer delivered on Monday 6th Feb,the guy who installed the appliance was absolutely fantastic he did everything he could to ensure minimum upset;very polite and friendly and helpful 5* service

Easy to use website, good prices and no fuss collection from warehouse in Leicester. Delivery was available if I required for the days I would have liked, but I wanted to check my item after being let down by 2 other major suppliers. I would definitely recommend this company.
