“We have just purchased a Smeg large duel fuel cooker The service from this company was excellent I have made mince pies and sausage rolls today for Christmas and am really delighted with my purchase Thankyou Marks Electrical we will definitely use you again”

“Horrible. They confirmed delivery this morning and within that time slot cancelled it, moving delivery to another day. They refused to organise another driver/company to deliver today as promised.”

“From start to finish the service was superb. Christian was extremely helpful at advising us on which range cooker would suit us. It arrived safely two days later, no issues. Also the best price I could find !”

“I'm staggered what an awful service this company offers with none delivery of items, constant broken promises, unhelpful customer services team, never returning calls, being on placed on hold for a hour the list goes and I really don't to waste my time any longer with such a company. I would avoid this company at all costs they really aren't worth the hassle.”

“I bought the installation service when I bought my washer/dryer. When the driver/unqualified fitter had finished there was a leak but he refused to fix this. I had to call a plumber out to fix this costing me £75 and the company haven't even offered a contribution towards this. I was not going to risk them sending out another unqualified driver to fix this and waste more time, why couldn't the initial driver have done this if this was their solution??? The worst of it, they admitted their driver confirmed it was leaking before he left. Bunch of cowboys - don't bother with them.”

“Found the site easy to use. Great being able to chose own delivery date especially as delivery was free and I got to chose a Sunday! Prices comparable with others and cheaper as had 10% off when I ordered! Delivery - arrived on time and delivery driver very helpful. I haven't had a chance to plug the freezer in as yet so just hoping that it works OK! I would recommend.”

“Delivered on time within the delivery slot and the delivery guy couldn't have been more helpful, even though it was his last drop of the day. He helped getting the new washing machine into position and advised on the installation too. Highly recommended.”

“Just had delivery of a Neff Cooker hood, the second appliance ordered from Marks Electrical within a month, the previous one a Smeg dishwasher. I would not have placed a second order if the service hadn't been excellent. The cooker hood was out of stock when I ordered but after a few days I received a text to say it was in stock and contact them to pick a delivery day. I could have had the next day but chose the following one. A two hour slot was given the night before, and the driver telephone 20mins. before arriving. Once again beat that for service!! Peter”

“Phoned with a query about items I had seen online and after speaking to a very pleasant gentleman, ordered there and then. Very helpful staff. Delivered within the designated time slot and the driver even phoned to say that he was on his way. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.”
