“Amazing customer service, quick at responding to my questions by email, and answering my call straight away. They found me the right product I was looking for to clean my previously bought clippers - which are working an absolute dream on my overly hairy Gypsy Vanner Horse. I bought the Show Mate 2 model and the oil that goes with it together with the antimicrobial cleaning spray have all been a godsend. Thank you. From Anne.”

“purchased a pair of Pro clippers recently and they are a very high quality and the cut is absolutely brilliant. On cleaning I noticed that the hinge clip was broken and I contacted Masterclip for information on the repair processes. The after sales contact process is probably the best I have used in many years and my issue was sorted within hours. Brilliant service and well worth the 5 stars.”

“Superb clippers which are sharp, quick and easy to use for my cocker spaniel. Couldn’t fault them. Had a slight problem with the wire after using them 18 months in. Rang masterclip and they sent me out a new adaptor immediately which I received the following day. Absolutely fantastic and efficient customer service which you rarely get now a days. Thank you . Would highly recommend them”

“I have had my Masterclip dirty cattle clippers for a number of years now and find them very reliable and versatile for using anywhere, round the cow house, calving pen and especially at the outfarms where there is no power. They last a long time with two batteries and recharge quickly and hold their charge. I am writing this review as I recently had to get a new battery as a charging terminal came out of a battery and got lost. No shame as I have had it quite some time and the service to get a replacement was quick, easy and efficiently dealt with, posted and delivered. Really like my clippers.”
