“I bought a clipper blade from Masterclip. It arrived the next day but unfortunately it didn't fit my clippers. I phoned to ask if I could return it and was able to do for a full refund! This was all without any fuss or interrogation and I received the refund the next day. Very impressed and thank you.”

“Having tried numerous other ‘Pet clippers’ I decided to bite the bullet and get these. Other clippers continually clog up and jam whereas these Masterclip clippers perform perfectly. They maybe be expensive but it is definitely a case of ‘you get what you pay for’. Wish I had bought them years ago”

“Great company to deal with . I ordered a part from them for my horse clippers which when fitted failed to repair them so I called them up to make enquiries as to what could be wrong . The lady I spoke to was very helpful and She told me how my husband had fitted the replacement part incorrectly and very kindly posted me a replacement part which we had broken out for free which they really didn’t need to do . I was impressed that the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to knew how to give technical advice which is very rare these days when you usually get call centres and passed around the houses ! I would now always buy these clippers as the aftercare is good and beyond fair”
