“This is my second set of clippers from Masterclip, customer service is excellent. Products are excellent. I was thrilled to be able to get left hand scissors - makes life so much easier!!! Highly recommend and will be shopping again !!!”

“I originally ordered the wrong part and emailed explaining what I had done and asked which part I should have ordered. Very quickly I received an email with the correct part I should have ordered and a link along with an explanation of how to return the wrong part. Refund received within 24hrs. Very happy with the service I received”

“I used clippers for my two mini poodles as it was expensive visit to groom room. I had little problem with it and it was fixed within 4 days. Very happy with response.”
