“We purchased this product to do a bit of dog grooming at home, given the groomers were locked down. The product arrived quickly, and when we reported a broken component, a replacement was sent immediately and arrived the next day. In use, we've found the clippers to be high quality, with very sharp blades and easy to use in terms of changing blades and maintenance.”

“It's worth spending the extra, take a little bit if getting used to with changing the heads and how they cut. But they glide through the coat with ease. Only slight niggle is the on off switch is difficult to find when in use.”

“Very fast dispatch. Previously I received some blades that were sticky and didn't move freely enough, despite oiling them. I phoned customer services and they immediately sent me a replacement blade, even before I had returned the faulty blade. Excellent and very friendly service!”
