“The customer service was so helpful and due to her advice and support I decided they were the right clippers to go for. She assured me I would get a full refund if any problems. These are a considered purchase so needed to be right. They arrived the next day and I did my first cut on George my cavapoo the day after, they were brilliant. So pleased. They cut through his curly hair with ease and made light work of it. The cordless aspect was a godsend as I did it in the garden and was easy. I feel confident that my cutting skills will improve with time and ultimately will save us a lot of grooming fees. Thank you Masterclip. I highly recommend your company.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from Masterclip. Unfortunately there were broken parts on my clippers. The technician phoned me and gave me the option of upgrading or repairing. The difference in cost was nominal so I opted for an upgrade. I very much appreciated being consulted. The clippers arrived back promptly and well packaged.”

“Bought dog clippers and selection of blades from Masterclip. Fast delivery and great customer service. The clippers are great quality and the advice on the different blades is great -actually makes clipping my poodle an easy experience with good clippers and the correct blades!”

“Clipper spray was excellent product and definitely value for money. Bit disappointed with the delivery arrangements. Dpd gave me a time slot when I wasn't home, I tried to give them a safe place but the button didn't work. Stupidly rang their premium number, not realising. It cost me over £4.”

“Wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I had my last dog clippers for years but through my dropping them on a number of occasions, decided to treat myself to a new set. I also have scissors and smaller battery clippers. All excellent quality. I have 5 dogs and cut them every 8 weeks. Great quality and price. Excellent service.”

“Apart from the delivery aspect this product is great. Used it on one of my Goldendoodles today, who has more of a retriever coat It was easy to use & quiet, the finishing cut looks fab. Would definitely recommend. Will be using it on my other doodle who has more of a poodle coat next month. I have no doubt it will be good on him too. ?❤️”
