“I have a livery yard with 20 horses in Spain and when I was having issues with my clippers Masterclip immediately helped me resolve the issue by sending a new set to me. “I have two sets of masterclip clippers one corded one cordless for my horses, I can honestly say they are brilliant I recommend them to everyone that comes onto our yard not just because of the excellent job they do clipping but the after service and customer service from masterclip is fantastic as well. “100% absolutey Made Up with the repair of my Clippers. They came back looking Brand New even though these clippers are approx 15yrs old. I would never buy another make and I do recommend this make to everyone,no matter what your clipping!!”

“Very good and quick delivery. Works well but be carefully when putting the cutter blade back after cleaning as it must be in the same position as before. It is not a positive fit and trying to put the screws in whilst holding the blade in position is fiddly. You will know if it is wrong aS it will not cut.”

With regard to the cutter blade positioning; we don't recommend taking the blade apart as the screws set the tension on the blades and as you have found be very tricky to re-set. Instead of removing the cutter you can just slide it across and clean with a brush and oil both sides.
