“I recently purchased new blades for my HD romas that i purchased in 2017 (still clip beautifully) i needed blades that would be more suitable for thicker coated horses and greys. They are perfect and took on the cushions coated horse well. (It wasnt a easy job at all) Quick dispatch and delivery”

“Bought to clip a Cushings mini Shetland pony.. they seem easy to use and look after... I have never used horse clippers before and never clipped a pony before. Both me and said pony were comfortable with them, they zipped through his huge fluffy bib in a short time and I am now planning to gradually give him a full clip. Thanks to Master lip for allowing me to swap the blades for medium.”

“As there was such a wide range of dog clippers I phoned for advice. I have 3 poodles and needed a good quality set. The lady I spoke to was really helpful and listened to my requirements, she suggested a corded set of Masterclip clippers. They were delivered the next day, and I’m delighted, the dogs are delighted as the torture sessions are a fraction of the duration we had to suffer with our cheap clippers. Hot knife through butter. Seriously couldn’t be happier. I ended up buying the cooling spray as these clippers do get hot. I like that the blades are interchangeable and the whole unit feels very solid.”

You’re absolutely right that blades can warm up during use, especially when grooming multiple dogs. Alongside using cooling spray, we’d also recommend regularly oiling the blades. Keeping them well-oiled helps reduce friction, keeps them running smoothly, and prevents them from getting too hot during longer grooming sessions. “Great clippers. Best ones we have purchased. We have bought others in the past that haven't cut very well but these shaved straight through our cavvy long hair in the direction your supposed with ease. Cut the grooming time down massively. Still took us 2 hours to groom him this time but that was only because he had been left so long next groom im expecting that to be half again at least which is great 👍. The sprung loaded combs are fantastic too and make it so easy to change which is a lot better than our old ones. To say we are very happy with these is probably an understatement lol”
