“Clippers stopped working and returned for repair under warranty. Quickly mended and a polite note added that the fault could have been caused by user error......oops! Many other companies would have said this wasn't warrrand charged. Very grateful for service received. Would recommend.”

“Just took delivery of 2.5 blades for my hunters Went though the coat of arms hairy cob like butter easy to change blades for different lengths love them and the trimmers I have as well would recommend”

“I am not a professional groomer, simply a DIYer with a reactive Kerry Blue Terrier who has a habit of threatening professional dog groomers leaving me with little option but to groom him myself. I have used Masterclip for a number of years and their service is second to none. I would highly recommend Masterclip to anyone wishing to groom their own dogs as having good reliable equipment is essential. Not only do they provided a great selection of clippers, their scissors and other grooming sundries are excellent too.”

“Really pleased with the clippers. Only used once but my dog seemed quite chilled when I started to clip him. I went for a longer cut the first time. The metal blade guards are great and glide through his fur. He is a Cockapoo. Thank you”

“Decided to invest in some professional clippers because of the ever increasing cost of the groomer. Hopefully we will now be able to reduce the number of visits to the groomer. I bought the ex-demonstration set, which looks like new and comes in a very sturdy carry case. It's still a learning curve for me as I've not used clippers before but have watched numerous you tube videos and am getting more confident. My dog had a bad experience at the first groomer we took him to and is very nervous about being groomed, therefore we have to take it slowly and stop when he's had enough. So long as he's matt free I'm really not bothered if he's completely even all over - it adds to his character! I would definitely recommend these clippers.”
