“I had an issue with 2 blades I had purchased and sent an email to discuss the possibility of a refund. Nearly 3 weeks later and nobody has even had the courtesy to respond”

“I bought the Masterclip HD Roamer Cordless Horse Clipper, and they are brilliant! Easy to use, clip really well, it took me no time. Everything came neatly packaged in the case. I liked them so much I came back and bought the Silver Showmate II Cordless Horse Trimmers! I have yet to try these, but I imagine they will be just as good. Delivery was exceptionally quick. The only thing I would like, a better brush for flicking hair off the clipper while I am clipping, but that's hardly a biggy! I include a photo of the clipped beastie... unfortunately a dapple grey so not easy to spot the lines!”
