“Super happy with the clippers and scissors. My miniature schnauzer happy too. I already recommended to my friend with 3 Yorkshire terriers. The quality speaks for itself. The clippers just gliding softly with no pressure on the hands.”

“Charging postage on faulty clippers under warranty and not putting blades back on. Also sending a receipt to pay without a phone call. Very poor”

“First time I’ve posted my HD roamer clippers off to be serviced/repair and I was a bit anxious since you just post them off with a form and wait to hear back from them. So I ended up ringing just for peace of mind and they were so lovely and helpful from start to finish. They truly have such a good team there and the turnaround was speedy despite them being really busy now we are heading into clipping season. Highly recommend and if you are a little anxious like I was give them a ring :)”

“Hope was very helpful indeed. I had to send my clippers back to Masterclip and once Hope had discovered that there was a large amount of water damage to both batteries and charger she advised me that it might be a better option to replace the complete item, which I will consider doing. In the meantime Hope sent my clippers back to me, without charging me for any work she had done on them, which was so kind. I would fully recommend this company to anyone, great customer service.”

“Had the cordless roamers a little while for grooming my curly cavapoo. I had the set with guard combs, brilliant. Metal so dont bend, great sizes. I have recently brought a skip 7 to hopefully help do legs as he hates them being touched so no comb guard easier. Emailed support for advice and very helpful. Would highly recommend and not had to sharpen blade yet and been using it about 3 years”

“I have the show mate trimmer and it is great for trimming the fetlocks off my hairy cob . I just bought replacement blades and oil and new charger and they are all great and were delivered quickly.”
