“All I can say is….Excellent. Clippers delivered yesterday. On opening box a part of the order was missing. Made contact with Masterclip immediately to report. Phone rang once and was answered problem sorted within two minutes and missing part on route. Customer service as it should be 10 out of 10. Now to the clippers….. superb!! Our little horror Waffle the Cockerpoo loves water and mud, hates clippers. Not a great combo. Tried these last night and he didn’t move a muscle, in fact i think he enjoyed it. A job that normally took three sitting to complete was done in 15 mins and no fuss. I have spent £££ over the years on inferior clippers. These really are a godsend to Waffle and my mental health. Lol Keep up the good work Masterclip.”

“I have owned my Masterclip HD Roamers for a number of years. I allowed other people to borrow them. So they have had pretty tough use, more so on hairy cobs. This year my motor gave up and I was utterly devastated, however I purchased a new replacement motor from Masterclip and my old faithfuls are back in use and as good as new! I genuinely can’t rate Masterclip highly enough! Excellent product, excellent customer service and care!”

“I've had master clippers 3 years, couldn't be without them for my 2 cockerpoo, recently had a problem with them, so I sent them for a service and clean, came back like new, fantastic company 😀”

“Complete game changers- love the tools these guys sell- bought some attachments for the machine for labradoodles as per recommendations. The scissors are amazing wish I got these 1.5 years ago instead of the cheaper Amazon version- just got to be careful as they are so sharp. Would advise to get the professional attachments as massive difference. Having a labradoodle and having to trim her every 6 ish weeks - this is a brilliant investment. And she is a lot less scared than at groomers as done home and not horribly noisy. Also customer service is great- I had questions before when I bought the trimmer and they replied pretty quick.”

“Brilliant clippers used them this morning and they were amazing, the only downside is that they are quite heavy, but the quality of the cut was brilliant and the battery length was again brilliant.”

“Fast delivery. The large dog clippers with guard. No instructions, so wasn't sure which way round to hold (guard to front or back). Tried with it at back. Good, but still noisy, the guard easily slips away, so have to check at each claw. The safety catch getts easily pushed on inbetween clips. All that said,they do work and I've managed to do the job for a reasonable price.”

“Very impressed with prompt delivery..kept updated by DPD and given a 1 hour delivery slot. Used the clippers and again impressed by the ease of use, quietness of clippers and although the changing of blades a little bit harder than expected I was able to watch a video of how to do this which explains the process. First time of grooming at home and would highly recommend these clippers..I am a complete novice and am using on a 9 year old Terrier who has now come unhappy at going to professional groomer..I can take my time with her and go at her pace..”

“All I can say is 'outstanding'. The customer service from Hope at Masterclip was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. The advice and explanations were great, and delivery was super fast. Each item was recommended and adjusted according to the horses i needed to use them on. When the clippers and trimmers turned up they were in beautiful cases and felt extremely well built.”

“So far we’ve clipped four out of the six bottles and they are so easy to use. We are complete beginners at this clipping malarkey but yet I have managed to make those horses look fantastic. They have been very happy and content with no fidgeting either. I think this is because the Clippers are so quiet but now our firm favourite with us and I’ve discovered you can buy separate blades so we can now practice sharing our sheep as well!”
