“Had a noise issue with clippers i had for only 6 months, turned out to be a seized part - sent to masterclip, they fixed it and sent it back. Cant fault. These clippers are the best! They are my absolute favourite!”

“Despite being repaired and using a new blade the clippers are not as good as other makes borrowed from friends”

“Masterclip are my clippers of choice. My job involves hours of clipping. I find the heavy duty clippers real work horses & the trimmers excellent for the finer details, value for money. The customer service is excellent.”

“Superb. Small and compact with precise blades. Perfect fir Chihuahua nails. Small but mighty. Bought some fir a friend too. One hundred percent I would get these. Highly recommended. I am a 5 star licenced dog breeder. These are my go to clippers for pre cision and accuracy. They do a brilliant job. Pleased I found you!! Amo Rae of Smallpaws. Yes, I am a real person. 😁”

“I recently ordered a pair of dog clippers and unfortunately there was an issue with them when they arrived. I rang customer service and straight away they dispatched me a replacement pair without any fuss. I was very impressed. I've been using their clippers and dog blades for years and find they're excellent quality.”

“I sent my clippers away on Monday morning for repair as they seemed to be overheating. received a telephone call with diagnosis of the problem, agreed to the repair, paid the invoice and clipperss arrived back the next day! Amazing service and not expensive to replace motor and service. Thank you MasterClip”

“Our lovely girl was "banned" from the groomers so we had to take matters into our own hands....we purchased. We kitted ourselves out with a table and what we thought were decent clippers.. completely nightmare. I then did a bit of research and purchased the masterclippers specifically for golden doodles...what a dream. We stopped every 5 mins to clean and oil and she was fully groomed in around an hour.”

“My Maine coon mix has always had issues coping with his spring shed. For years we'd made do with cheap clippers which were slow, loud, and uncomfortable for our poor boy. When the battery started failing on our most recent pair I took the plunge and invested in some masterclip clippers. The difference is night and day! These clippers make short work shaving out mats, coping with saggy armpits and primordial pouches with ease! Though Edgar will never enjoy being groomed, these clipped have made a crazy difference to his experience. And for me it's almost addictive to get such a clean result with such little effort 😅 ALSO the battery percentage being clear on the LED display is a game changer taking out the guesswork.”

“All I can say is….Excellent. Clippers delivered yesterday. On opening box a part of the order was missing. Made contact with Masterclip immediately to report. Phone rang once and was answered problem sorted within two minutes and missing part on route. Customer service as it should be 10 out of 10. Now to the clippers….. superb!! Our little horror Waffle the Cockerpoo loves water and mud, hates clippers. Not a great combo. Tried these last night and he didn’t move a muscle, in fact i think he enjoyed it. A job that normally took three sitting to complete was done in 15 mins and no fuss. I have spent £££ over the years on inferior clippers. These really are a godsend to Waffle and my mental health. Lol Keep up the good work Masterclip.”
