“Not sure if i like the new style clippers as much as the old but have to say your service was 1st class after i had a problem with the blade . I was sent a new pair immediately and label to return the broken set . Very impressed with your customer service”

“Bought a pair of Masterclippers to dag and shear my small flock. Too cumbersome for shearing but offset by the convenience of being able touse them anywhere. Bought a replacement battery as the 2, originally provided, have both failed to hold their charge. Bit disappointed with the battery quality, if I'm honest. Prompt service however.”

“I ordered a Masterclip Clipper but unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery address and my parcel was sent back. I phoned Masterclip and they sent a new one out which arrived the next day. I've now used the Clipper and it's very quiet, lightweight and easy to use. Very pleased with my purchase and 5* to Masterclip for Customer Service.”

“Really great to have new Masterclip Hunter horse clippers. Very good value and excellent clipping results on my cob. He prefers the lower noise they make to my previous clippers and the electric lead length is generous. I’m very pleased with them.”

“My PSU wiring parted within the plug. Moulded plug, unable to open and fix. Phoned Masterclip and got a replacement which arrived by post promptly, and clippers back in action again. Fast, efficient, friendly service.”

“Good quality construction of the clippers, battery life is average but the replacement cost of the batteries is expensive, the heat generated by the clipper when used for longer periods does make the casing quite hot to the touch so possible an extra comfort grip around the clippers would help.”
