“This is the second pair of clippers I've had in the 2 year warranty that have started smoking whilst grooming a dog ! It's like the motor gets too hot and can't cope. But what I can say is the customer care is amazing and replaced both sets within 24hrs”

“I was very impressed when they called to make sure they had the correct address. The product is well presented and seems to work well. Not to loud when using it so my dog was not stressed.”

“Excellent customer service. I emailed for advice on my clippers before sending them to Masterclip. Jo gave me excellent advice. I sent my clippers off for repair on the Monday and I had them back just three days later. Couldn't be happier.”

“Wow ! What can I say . These clippers are absolutely amazing . They went through my cats coat with ease . I highly recommend these clippers to anyone. I have tried multiple pet clippers before but nothing comes close to these . They are not too loud either which is great . I breed British Longhair cats and quite often need to do sanitary clips to keep them clean and mat free , these are just perfect .”

The Shih Tzu set comes with a 4 skip and a 4F blade. These both leave 9mm of hair. The skip blade is best for the body and in places where the fur is thicker and maybe a bit more dense and the 4F does a lovely velvety finish once you have got the bulk of the hair clipped. The No 10 is too short for body clipping but you can buy comb guides to sit over that blade if you want to go a bit shorter than 9mm. “Great tool! The quality is fantastic and the range of different blades as well I started grooming my dog at home and so far is a win win! Very little noise, very smooth and easy to use and two batteries is a fantastic feature Truly recommend.”
