“My clippers were out of warranty and I was going to buy new but thought I would try having them mended and serviced. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to send them and even more pleased when they were returned good as new thank you”

“Bought my clippers and the whole process was very easy and delivery was much quicker than I expected. I had a few teething troubles with the clippers (user error!) and sent them back to be looked at. All sorted very quickly, plus my clippers were cleaned and blades re-sharpened before being sent back to me - again, super quickly. When I have called, everyone has been extremely helpful. Very refreshing! Lifelong customer here now :)”

“Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve replaced the ply adapter for the Royale clippers. I like the clippers and Masterclip have provided good service but the plug adapter shouldn’t need replacing.”

“Bought a pair of cordless clippers in May 2024 for £179.00. Unfortunately they stopped clipping so sent them back to Masterclip servicing, the process was easy. No hassle within five days they had been assessed and a new pair sent immediately. Great service, no quibble - unusual these days! Mike, River, Dover, Kent.”

“Been wanting some clippers for a while and was recommended the Masterclip Roamer cordless clippers. Ordered late evening on a Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. Easy to use and very good battery life. My first ever clip was made so much easier using a great pair of clippers. Would highly recommend 👍”

“Fantastic Service and Delivery of Replacement Parts - Ordered a new Masterclip "Ranger" Motor and Brushes as motors Copper contacts had worn over the many years of happy Use! Arrived within 48 Hrs. “I love had my clippers a few years, I decided to treat them to a service and was amazed at the proficient and professional approach my clippers were back within a week, will definitely be using this service again. Clippers are so expensive but if an annual service keeps them going for years to come it seems good value to me.”

“Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I've brought a lot off them now. Arrives quickly. And the one issue I had was resolved in minutes, and a replacement sent the next day. Can't fault there products, and I've been grooming for 18 years. Highly recommended.”
