“Absolutely fantastic both the product Masterclip show mate II and service. I can’t speak high enough about this product. With eleven house spaniels this clipper is without doubt my best buy ever. Unfortunately I dropped it and broke two of the ‘teeth’ but ordered a replacement and it was here in a day! Wow thank you so much and I will never use anything else”

“I have saved a fortune in dog grooming fees since I bought my Masterclip clippers. It didn't take me long to get the hang of giving my dog her regular trim. She was not fond of the trips to the grooming parlour.”

“Bought a pair of cordless clippers in May 2024 for £179.00. Unfortunately they stopped clipping so sent them back to Masterclip servicing, the process was easy. No hassle within five days they had been assessed and a new pair sent immediately. Great service, no quibble - unusual these days! Mike, River, Dover, Kent.”

“HD cordless Roamer - One battery lasted a whole hour and a half clip, didn’t get too hot and did an amazing job of getting through my mare thick cob coat who hadn’t been clipped in a year! Definitely would recommend”

“Been wanting some clippers for a while and was recommended the Masterclip Roamer cordless clippers. Ordered late evening on a Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. Easy to use and very good battery life. My first ever clip was made so much easier using a great pair of clippers. Would highly recommend 👍”

“Fantastic Service and Delivery of Replacement Parts - Ordered a new Masterclip "Ranger" Motor and Brushes as motors Copper contacts had worn over the many years of happy Use! Arrived within 48 Hrs. “I love had my clippers a few years, I decided to treat them to a service and was amazed at the proficient and professional approach my clippers were back within a week, will definitely be using this service again. Clippers are so expensive but if an annual service keeps them going for years to come it seems good value to me.”

“Incredibly fast and efficient service - delivered in 24 hrs. Clippers feel and look good quality and on first use work very well compared to a set I bought from Amazon a few years ago. The packaging is very neat and compact - lovely case, no excess plastic.”
