“We have 2 very well trimmed & gorgeous donkeys now, both done on 1 battery charge, low noise compared to other clippers we have tried, very happy customers and donkeys :)”

“The clippers clip well only thing what iam worried about that the blade heats up quick is this normal ?”

Hi Paula, The blades will produce some heat due to the friction of the metal comb and cutter running together at speed and the higher the ambient temperature the hotter the blades will feel. We recommend oiling the blade with clipper oil or the andis 5 in 1 coolant spray every 3 to 4 minutes whilst you clip and this lubrication should reduce any heat produced. “I have had so many clippers for my dogs and didn’t want to spend a lot of money but I have got so fed up of having the cheaper clippers they work well first time but then that’s it they are no good and just seam to pull at the fur so I thought I would try these and my goodness am I impressed they cut so well it’s so easy to clip them now they look amazing they are so easy to take apart and clean and oil after every use I have no complaints highly recommend now it’s a joy to clip them not a chore brilliant very happy”

“Well looked after, had a problem with the clipper and sent them in for a repair and it was sorted quickly and sent back to me without any delay. Very helpful to be able to talk to a person. Job well done. The clipper's bought in 2018 so have worked well clipping Standard Poodles.”

“Customer service was excellent as they they accidentally sent me the wrong order but was quickly rectified with it arriving the next day. Used the clippers for the first time today and I’m impressed how much quieter they are and didn’t clog up like my old ones.”

Hi Gill, I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the MD Roamer Cordless Dog Clipper with comb guides. On a clean, well brushed coat that is free of knots and tangles it should just glide through the hair so it sound like there is a problem somewhere.
