“Having sent my clippers back for service/ repair, the couriers lost my parcel leaving me facing significant costs to replace. Masterclip were incredibly helpful and provided me with the option to purchase an ex-demo MD Roamer given I had all the batteries, guards etc at a fraction of the cost, shipping it quickly. Thank you”
