“The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I returned my clippers to be mended. The service was quick and despite a mix up with my email address Communications were very good. Very happy with my clippers - now working well and the dogs are happy too!!”

“The Masterclip website was extremely comprehensive in its organisation and recommendations for the Spaniel clipping and scissor products I was researching. To back that up, the staff were supportive and professional in confirming the specifications of the products. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Delivery was speedy and well organised, and the products were securely and well packaged. In summary this is a great company to do business with and one I would come back to again.”
